Fence secure enough for my large dog and I didn’t see any gaps so it would be great for small dogs too!

My dogs had a blast! The yard is even bigger than it appears in the photos, it’s also very clean and well-maintained. I have 2 large dogs and they were able to get nice and tired chasing each other and doing sprints around the yard. Being able to pull the car into the fenced area is also very convenient for loading and unloading the dogs in and out of the car. We will definitely be back!

One of the best spots we’ve been to! Perfect groomed yard with mix of shade and sun, 100% secure fence, and awesome people that we were happy to support. Home for just a few days, but came TWICE because the pups were so happy!

Yard is beautiful!! Mid-morning was perfect, half sun and half shady, lawn was gorgeous and fence was as nice as advertised. My only issue was that I couldn't figure out how to get the main gate to latch, so I ended up leaving my boy on his 50 ft leash. But we still had a blast - plenty of room to run and play, and it's a big open space which was great for a big dog to get a chance to act like a big dog:)

Beautiful large yard! Completely fenced in with lots of room to run around. Our dogs loved it! Being able to drive in and let my dogs right out of the fenced area made our visit extremely convenient!

Amazing spot for our two medium-large dogs, one of which is a run-run-runner and the other preferring a mix of run/play and wander. Fresh water for the pups, very secure gates and fence. Love it.

This was a great place to bring our dogs to let them run and play! The yard is great for throwing a long ball and having the dogs get some much needed exercise. The yard is in great condition and is very safe and well contained. We enjoyed relaxing while our dogs had a great time playing. We will be back again!

Always big fun for the pups. They can run and run and run. Very secure fence. Water hose available, shade and sun, chairs available, and some fun toys for chasing. Way cool.

Damian had the best time ever! I’ve never seen him so happy. There was so much space for him to run and catch his ball! I think we found our new favorite spot. Definitely worth the long drive.

We loved our time at this Sniffspot. The yard is securely fenced and a great size for chasing a ball. My dog had a good time sniffing around and exploring. There was plenty of sun but also places for shade as well. I would love to come back sometime.

A large open track for my Great Dane to run around for 20 minutes then spend the rest of the time laying under the shade of the trees. It doesn’t get any more perfect for him then that.

FAQ about our Coatesville dog parks

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.

With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 97% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Coatesville area are 5 stars.
