Mostly flat terrain for easier walking. Some trails are rocky, some have alot of protruding roots, ground is uneven in areas. You're very likely to see squirrels and deer. Occasional dog barking in the background. Sometimes neighbors mowing/ kids playing. Pretty private, but not completely isolated. You might see a car driving past. Clearing will be squishy and back trails might be muddy after it rains. Not necessary to bring poop bags, just relocate it if it ends up where you walk. Springs for your dogs to drink from. Lovely, fully fenced yard secured by a gate (which also has mesh wire). The fence has recently been repaired to address any gaps at the bottom of the fence, but as with any spot, owners must watch their dogs at all times. The height of the fence (4-5 ft depending on slope) is suitable for most small and medium dogs and even large dogs who aren't jumpers. If your dog is a jumper or an escape artist, you may need a place with a higher fence. Owners are responsible for picking up after their dog with provided bucket and scoop. We scoop daily or more and endeavor to keep the spot poop free for your visit, however, understand that we do allow last minute bookings and that it is possible that if you book with very little time before the reservation begins, we may not be able to get out to the yard to check for any feces before you arrive. No other dogs will be present in yard while yard is rented, however, the neighbors do have 2 dogs that are outside occasionally but not often.

What I love about the yard is you can pretty much see the entire area from anywhere you stand so it makes for more relaxing and less worrying when your dog is out of sight. The lot is longer than it is wide so your dog can get in good long runs! We keep the yard low maintenance so few flower beds. Thanks for visiting!
