We recommend you drive all the way down the driveway for the best access to the large pond and trails through the woods. Off the driveway there are trails through the ravines, and up on the front is some nice pasture to explore. Fully fenced and safe! Come enjoy the sights and smells. Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming.
