North Shoal Creek Fully Fenced Yard W/ Swimming Pool

Fully-fenced yard with swimming pool! Yard backs up to Shoal Creek (dry except after rains) with iron fence in back for lots of great views and sniffs of nature. We have lots of shade - large trees plus a covered seating area. Grass area is 75% natural grass, 20% artificial turf (keeps muddy paws at bay), and 5% unmowed tall grass for friendly creatures - rabbits, bugs, birds, butterflies, and the occasional grass snake, who all like the creek area. Swimming pool is maintained on a weekly basis. Shallow end is 4ft, deep end is 7ft. Entry steps in shallow end and two underwater seat ledges. Pool rules: NO DIVING (jumping in is fine) and no running around pool edge.

100% of our Sniffspot income goes towards the vet bills for our medical foster Siberian Huskies. **One human per dog is allowed in the pool while assisting their dog and are not to be in the pool if their dog is not in the pool. If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Our spot is part of our farm. There are some options available. Near the pond, within the main house fencing, or in the middle field. All three locations have fencing, water hoses and containers for washing off or drinking and shade spots. The fields are mostly grass and native wild plants. Chicken and dogs live on the property. Dogs are friendly guard dogs that mostly mind their own business. They are used to visitors and their pets but can be fenced in if previously requested.

Please clean up after yourself. Leave every bit of rubbish in one of the totes/buckets! Don’t hesitate to ask if you need ANYTHING! I will not bother you unless you ask me to! 😂❤️ If you see cars come and go we own a paintless dent repair company and sometimes customers bring their cars to the shop for dent removal. They will NOT bother you at all! You have EXCLUSIVE use of the pond and all of the yard during your visit!!! My property is also available for camping (tent or rv) upon request. I have WiFi and electric access (minimal.)
