Hello and welcome to Stump Town! This is our first time being a Sniffspot host and we hope you enjoy your time here. Things to note!!!! We will be closed the first 2 weeks of October for friends & family that are staying with us. - This used to be an old goat/chicken pen. The dirt is infused with the flavor of goat 💩! If you think your furry pet is a poop eater this may not be the best spot for you. While we have cleaned much of it it can still be tasty to some dogs! - The stall mats can get very hot. Have your dogs step onto the dirt or mulch when leashing up. - The terrain is on a slant, with dips and a mix of grass, dirt, and mulch. Please wear good shoes. - Please CHECK TRAFFIC! Weekday rush hour or weekend highway detours may impact your arrival! - This may not be the best spot for dogs under 20lbs. There are some spots in the fence they could shimmy under or at the gates. We hope you enjoy your time here! We have toys, water, and other necessities. As a reactive dog owner myself I understand how hard it can be to find a private space. Our yard is very secluded. You may on occasion hear the neighbors small dog but shouldn't see her. We have a privacy screen up but do not share the fence line directly with the neighbors.

***Dog Nirvana is taking a break to recuperate after a really busy summer. We don't want our beautiful property to become overrun which will happen if it isn't allowed some time for rest and fall maintenance. Right now we are only open to members. We are at our maximum for members so are not able to take on new members at this time. We apologize for the lack of availability. If you would like to visit we hope you will check back in a month or so. If you are not a member please don't message for an exception. We are currently limiting visits to existing members only to keep the spot nice for the long term. *** Come enjoy yourself in the country! We have over 10 fully fenced acres that include two spring-fed private ponds for dogs that like the water, some slight hills for running and playing, lots of wide open space and a beautiful creek. There will be no dogs, people or animals outside on my property during your visit. Please just bring your own toys and pick up after your dogs. I look forward to welcoming you! * The entire 10+ acre perimeter of the property is steel mesh fencing with poles and/or steel mesh fencing in horse fencing to keep the entire perimeter secure and safe. PLEASE NOTE there are TWO FENCING SYSTEMS here -- the internal pastures that are fenced in 3 rail white fencing and the perimeter fencing which consists of steel mesh to the ground and large log poles and/or 3 rail fencing with steel mesh down to the ground. The pasture fencing is located INSIDE of the separate property perimeter fencing. If a dog runs under the white interior pasture fencing they are still secured within the perimeter system. * The front gate and a service gate are metal with horizontal rails with 6.5 inches between each rail. A picture of the gate is included in listing photos. * This property is pretty secluded. Two sides of the property are surrounded by conservation land (woods), one by a quiet neighborhood road (with the only house set back and not visible while on my property) and the fourth (above the house and barn) by 60 acres in two parcels. The neighbors ' horses might be seen in the distance along the upper side of my property and you might hear their dogs barking from several acres away periodically. * Several pastures have covered horse sheds in them that can be used by visitors for shelter from rain or sun. * There is a dog dish for water, a container of water, poop bags and several garbage cans for doggie poop bags! * If you bring additional guests with pups PLEASE make sure they are aware of all information/rules shared in the listing and via message by the host. * Carey Creek runs along the entire south side of the lowest pasture. it is fully useable for guests. it is on my property but outside of our secure fences so if you go out the gates at the bottom of the property out to the the creek you should leash up if your dog has poor recall. * We have access across the road from the property to 1800 + acres with 30 miles of trails on Taylor Mountain (King County Park) so make it a day and come enjoy our little slice of heaven!

Our front pasture is a great spot to let your pups run around! Fully fenced, a couple chairs, and agility equipment available.

WE ARE MEMBERSHIP-ONLY THRU APRIL AND OUR MEMBERSHIP IS FULL. Membership numbers fluctuate though, so if you are a RETURNING guest and are interested in a membership, please message host. We are open to members-only September28th-April 31st to limit property wear and tear during the wetter months. **Maple Valley Romp-N-Roam can only be booked 2 weeks in advance by non-members if hours are available. **To ensure your visit is an enjoyable experience, please read the entire description of the property, fencing details and my property rules.** *Bookings with multiple dogs- For every 2 dogs beyond 4, an additional adult is required. This helps to ensure the property remains poop-free. Our completely fenced 1.3 acre Sniffspot and completely fenced property perimeter gives you peace of mind that your pups are safe and secure as you let them play and explore. With a gently sloping pasture for running, trees and stumps for exploring, and low-level agility equipment to build confidence on, your fur baby is sure to find something that sparks their interest. Hey! This is Theo (a cute big muscular Frenchie), the 4 paw host of this Spot! We would love to give you and your parents the opportunity to enjoy what we do every single day in our backyard. We won't bother you guys at all unless you want to a playdate with me . The yard, well, we even being biased, we can describe the first time we saw it: it is so cool! Even not being that big, it is fully fenced (so we can't sniff the neighbors' spots), has one maple tree and a very big Douglas Fir. It has a sofa, umbrella and even a fireplace if your parent want to spend this time really cozy. Come join us. :D
