Max 2 humans per dog and max 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the spot. More may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged as extras. Host will generally not greet guests. Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. 17.5 acres, rolling hills, disc golf course, huge pond, trees along the back creek with a bench swing, tall grass, mowed pasture and trails, chairs, very animal friendly. Be aware you could see deer, fox, pigs, cows, etc.

We live in the country and have a fully-fenced in 1 acre property! We have plenty of trees, and covered seating under the tree or under the covered patio! We also have a box fan for dog owners to utilize during the hot days, along with sunscreen and bug spray. We have had our property sprayed for pests with safe (kid & pet friendly) products. There is also an outdoor dog toy basket, as well as you can use our water hose to fill up the dog bowls outside or use to play with your dog in the water- we just ask that you don’t leave the water running! ‼️Also- please note the trampoline and pool is for owner use only.. due to the risk of injury. Thank you for your understanding. Please also note- the detached garage and shed are off limits! ‼️ There are steps that lead you down the bottom half of the property where our dogs usually run wild! (They will be in the house while your dog is here) You can park next to our large oak tree in front of the large gate- the gate is unlocked- but it is heavy, currently working on making that easier for our guests! If I am home I am happy to assist you in opening the gate. 🥰

Bring your pups to enjoy our 1/2 acre fully fenced yard with short cut maintained grass, sparkling salt water swimming pool, covered seating area with ceiling fan, fully stocked outdoor drink fridge, and free Wi-Fi, where you and rover can comfortably play, swim, and relax. Poop bags, hand sanitizer, and dog toys are available at no extra charge. We offer a 6 foot board on board privacy fence on the sides of our property between neighboring lots, and a 6 foot wrought iron fence along the back and front so you and your pup can take in the amazing scenic view. (Gaps in wrought iron fence are 3 7/8"; please take this into consideration if you have a teacup/small dog and/or reactive dog). Off-street parking is available, along with a private entry so you can come and go as necessary. **NO MORE THAN 3 HUMANS MAY ATTEND RESERVATION**

Our backyard is completely all grass with a charcoal/propane Grill (extra). We also have dogs that love to play in our backyard too!We want to make sure you are completely satisfied!

Dogs can swim and access pool and spa from a variety of steps and ledges. Each reservation has one support human in the pool, regardless to the number of dogs. Additional humans can be added as an “extra” in the booking process. There is shaded grass and wood chip areas. If blackberries are ripe, help yourself to a couple.

Hi there! My name is Nat and I’m so excited for you and your fur-babies to come visit my home. I work from home during the week and have 2 fur babies with me, Apollo and Meliodas. Despite redundant training and boarding school Meliodas has always been on the reactive side. When I heard about sniff spots I knew that I wanted to be able to both take him to places where he felt safe and create a place where other reactive dogs felt safe as well. On top of this, I am a full time Foster Dog Momma so creating a space that is both enriching and dog friendly is my top priority. The house is completely fenced in by a 7ft wood fence and I also live in a gated community for extra peace of mind.
