Howdy! Come 1 come all to our fun little yard :) I’m an avid dog lover who just hasn’t gotten my own dog yet. So, in the meantime would love to share my yard space with y’all! Our neighbor does have two dogs who, when outside will bark at other dogs from time to time. There is a section of the fence that is chain link and the dogs can see each other. If the barking becomes too much for your dog, I will always offer refunds if you can’t stay. Other than that parking is easy and we will give you your privacy hope to see you soon!

We grow organic Hass Avocados on a 20-acre fully fenced farm. When you book our Sniffspot, you’re really booking the whole 20 acres to yourself so your dog can have the pleasure of running, exploring & adventuring off leash without worry of running into other humans or other dogs. Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is green from first rain until summer, brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! Our doggy paradise was designed for dogs and humans in mind. We have a mini golf area, the turf is meant for pets, we have a large doggy house, there's an enclosed dog area if needed, there's doggy furniture and toys, and outdoor furniture for humans as well! It is located in the unincorporated area of Vista off of Gopher Canyon. Property is over an acre, fenced all around with a private driveway gate and a separate entrance gate for your access. There is an enclosed swimming pool area with a yard and patio for a closer eye on your dog(s). There's a large trampoline for kids to release their energy! If you'd like to access the pool itself, you can add it as an extra. There is plenty of space to roam around free and enjoy nature's beauty.

Grass space for pups and outdoor couch seating, lounge chairs, and table seating are available for people. Evening lighting for playtime at dusk. Umbrellas for shade over the couch, and loungers in the gravel section of the yard—shade is very much based on the time of day and where the sun is. Available and stocked for pups: plenty of balls and toys, dog water bowl, water station, and treats Other essentials: hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, flashlight, fan, umbrella, paper towels, disposal bags, and trash can • While the space isn’t perfect, it offers a private place to play for pups of all sizes. We are noticing a few divots in the grass and more prominent yellow spots in the grass coloring, a bit more mud-like areas as we get more visitors - wear and tear on the lawn … please know we take pride in maintaining the space and keeping it clean for everyone! • Mondays early morning & evening and Tuesday through Sunday: front gate entrance Mondays 11:30am-4:30pm: back gate entrance (front neighborhood street sweeping) • Are you interested in a monthly membership, a puppy party, or a litter reunion? Come run and play on 10 acres! We have a large lawn, many flat and hiking trails with beautiful views! We have a pond that your fur babies and jump and swim in. There are many mature oak trees. It’s so peaceful for you too! You’ll get exercise, enjoy nature, wildlife, farm animals and good old vitamin D! (Sunshine☀️) There are benches for resting and bowls of water and hoses for the dogs.

5 acres with trails, a creek, dirt, mud, tall grass hills mountains, partially fenced but very private. Definitely wild life around. Squirrels, bunnies, quail, roadrunners, hawks, falcons, ducks, ravens, etc.

Bring your furry friend for play time to run around and play freely in this private back yard. Your dog will love to splash around and cool off in a running man made stream. A large green turf area for playing fetch and a hill to run up and down. Fully fenced in. Side gate to enter and leave. We have towels to dry off your buddy before getting in your car.

Long haired/heavy shedding dogs will need to message me prior to booking to ensure I have adequate time to clean the pool before the next guest. Come have some fun in our heated salt water pool. Heating available for an additional charge-24 hour notice required during the colder months

We have a large plot of sloping land for your dogs to play on. The lot is a fully fenced 2.5 acres with great views and open space for your dog to run and explore. This doesn’t include pool access for dogs, but that’s available for an adjusted price.

Please read to the end: Nice yard with two grassy areas and a pool (extra charge to use pool due to maintenance costs). Patio table and chairs with umbrella and covered patio seating. Parking on street in front of house with side gate entry into backyard. Please keep pups out of the planters and off of the furniture. We take great care of our yard and pool and want you and your pups to enjoy yourselves while respecting our property. 2 dog maximum.

"This field is huge! My dogs had an amazing time running around and exploring 😍 There is shade under the trees, and the part that wasn't fenced in wasn't an issue for us. If your dogs don't have solid recall, stick to the fenced side. The whole place is so big, you shouldn't have a problem getting a good amount of walking/running in, without coming too close to the un-fenced side. I walked around for about 2 miles, and I'm guessing my dogs probably did twice that 😆 The host was nice and allowed extra time, because I took a wrong turn coming there and was late to my booked time. We will definitely be back."
