We also offer curated snacks and cold beverages at a cost. Please review extras. Our property is almost fully fenced, with partially fenced areas for both big and small dogs in mind. We provide a water hose and bucket for dog’s drinking. We have several lux seating areas for you and tennis, basketball and lawn games (upon request) to keep you and the kids busy. For the dogs we have all sorts of fun activities; natural parkour around the pool deck and lots of areas to keep them interested! There is a pooper scooper. We compost waste so no bags needed. Just scoop and put into the provided bucket. Unlimited on-site parking. NOTE: please respect your booking times: both check in and check out times. We have a full schedule and need the in between times to reset. As well, some of our clients have dogs that are both other pet and human reactive so we would never want any of our guests to meet other guests. NOTE: the pool is a beautiful concrete pool with a wide staircase comfortable for people and pets to enter. We have an upgraded filtration system in order to be able to offer this incredible experience in this beautiful space, however, we all have to work together to ensure it remains very well maintained and as such, we ask that your pets be very well groomed before entering the pool. It also ensures shedding is kept to a minimum. As well, pets are not permitted on our beautiful patio furniture. Enjoy! ✨

U can park beside the barn and have an awesome walk, sniff all the things. Bring rain boots or shoes u don’t love lol It can get mucky on the trails at times. Also, there may be farmers out there so if your dog is reactive, maybe come on a weekend.

The firepit is currently closed for its royal renovation and will return bigger, better, and ready for cozy evenings this spring. Attention: trails can be extremely icy this time of year & the river is not safe to cross during high waters especially in the spring. Welcome to Beaverton's Dog Trails! Please access the trails from Concession 6. Punch these coordinates into Google Maps: 44.4415942, -79.1065234. There is a SniffSpot Sign at the entrance. You may park in the private driveway. Rubber boots are recommended! At times the river will be high, and you may only have access to the first half of the trails. Cross the river at your own discretion. In the spring it will flood and you will not be able to cross. There are still plenty of trails to discover! Please pick up after your dog, there is a waste bin at the entrance. Please help yourself to a laminated map at the entrance and return after your walk. The map is posted throughout the trails with "you are here" symbols to help you navigate the trails. There is also bug spray in the cabinet at the trail entrance. If trails are blocked off with caution tape, they are temporarily closed. Enjoy your visit!
