There is no road frontage, and access is through a long private farm drive. To ensure you arrive at the correct location, please refer to the entrance photo containing the property sign. Upon arrival: Follow the drive on the right side of the property. Continue past The Red Barn. Proceed all the way to the silver building. Parking is available near the silver building. Working Farm Notice As this is an active farm, you may occasionally see farm equipment, workers, vehicles, or farming activities in the fields and along the entrance road. These activities are a normal part of daily farm operations and help maintain the beauty and functionality of the property. The wooded sections contain established trails that offer additional shade and opportunities for adventure. The park has strict rules in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, including a limit of two dogs per visitor, cleaning up after pets, leashing dogs at all times, and keeping aggressive animals out of the park. You can cook, have a picnic, hang out in the woods (currently a burn ban no fires at this time but gas is fine) hang a hammock relax or walk around and explore. I allow my dog to swim in the pond that is at your own risk I would not personally swim in it as a human but I think dogs are fine to swim in there just be careful there are going to be ticks, wildlife and it is a very woodsy grassy environment, very nature outside oriented. Bug spray may be necessary. Hang out in the woods or by the field/pond. Bushcraft ok but no chopping down live trees. You can walk around the edge of the field or walk around a little bit in the woods there are no really long trails but there is plenty of area to hang out and explore. Play ball etc.

We have an amazing flat backyard that is fully fenced in! We live in the country so it’s a really nice scenic route to get here full of farms and cows. There is even a vineyard nearby. We just bought this property, so how it is now is just before photo! We plan to make wonderful things out of this yard! My husbands favorite activity is to cut and maintain grass! We also have our front yard which is just as large but it’s not fenced in. It is yours to use as well it you want more walking space. There will be a kiddie pool for doggies and as many toys as we can have last in the yard for the doggies (but my pups love to destroy)! We are kinda out here so make sure to bring your favorite kind of food and drinks if you plan on visiting for the full 4 hours. The closest places are a couple of gas stations and a Dollar General. I do have snacks and bottled water! You can also buy pool time, sprinkler time, bath time (shampoo/nail clippers/ear cleaner) for additional charges. Just let me know before the visit! Also, bring any obstacle items or anything you want to place in the yard to practice with or use for your dog. Full Disclosure: We do get muddy after rain and are currently working on a solution for that!

1 acre open field, another acre with my house on it. Plenty of woods on one side, backroad on the other. I have elderly neighbors that I rarely see. I love dogs, and have experience with large breeds, plenty of patience. I may fence in the property at some point, but please make sure your dog at least listens to return commands to avoid them taking off. There are no dogs living close by, but there are the random hunting dogs that wander by.
