Groups are welcome...so reserve a friend or two! We do limit cars to 2 per reservation or with advanced notice more are allowed. Also, speed limit on our long gravel drive is 10 MPH. We have a water spigot inside dog lot near steps. Please DO NOT use the water spigot in the open field near edge of driveway (handle will not cut off water supply!) No bowls provided due to sanitation so please bring a water bowl. Our property is over 0.2 miles from any public road. Enjoy the quiet country setting and have fun!

The Honey Spot

Named after my sweet heeler Honey Pie, the Honey Spot is a sweet fully fenced quarter acre yard with some big trees in a convenient location (Guilford Hill neighborhood). The back is lined with 6 ft wooden fencing, and the rest with 4 ft chain link fencing. There is plenty of room for your pup to run around and play safely! There are no weak spots in any of the fencing. Parking is on the street, just walk up the driveway (being careful not to walk up my neighbor’s driveway which is closer to the street corner). You’ll see the gate at the end of the driveway. Poop bags, water, had sanitizer and tennis balls are provided.

Members must adhere to the MHS PPIP Rules and Guidelines, including registering their dogs, following enter/exit procedures, and maintaining proper vaccinations. The park is open from dawn to dusk and has separate areas for small and large dogs. Owners are responsible for their dogs at all times, including cleaning up after them. There are plenty of interesting areas for your pet to explore and run and a lot for them to sniff and explore. The field is mowed weekly and may have some bare spots and occasionally dog poop. We are not UPSCALE. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. There is fun for Small and Large dogs. We are NOT a good fit for a reactive dog. We share a fence with our neighbors that have 2 small dogs. There are plenty of other Sniffspots that will suit your reactive dog’s needs. We are located in Southern Guilford County, just 2 miles off Interstates 85 and 73 and 5 miles from Wendover Ave with easy access. We have a water spigot on the property, free puppy pool, hose and spraying fire hydrant. We now have the Sunflower She Shed with an 8 foot covered porch with fan and an air conditioned and heated interior room with refrigerator, microwave and snacks to purchase. We have comfortable furniture including a wonderful glider in the shade, several benches with cushions, a hammock, zero gravity recliner, pillows and a lounging blanket are always included. We have no cameras. Your privacy is very important to us. Your dog can do nothing wrong here. Let them Dig, Bark, Sniff and Play. Everything begins at our Sunflower She Shed. You will find everything you need there. For people Extras are available such as snacks and cold drinks and frozen ice cream found in the Sunflower She Shed refrigerator/freezer. Relax and enjoy your time.

Martin Park in Southern Pines, North Carolina, is an off-leash dog park located at 350 Commerce Ave. The park is fully fenced and open from dawn until dusk.
