Pull right into to our large 10 car space driveway so you & your pups are safely off the street, and use the side gate to enter Peppers Play Yard! Pepper is a friendly 5 year old female black lab, who loves play dates, if you & your dog are interested! Unless specified, Pepper will remain in the house, so you have complete privacy. Plenty of toys for the dogs and seating for the humans! There is a dog bowl with fresh water upon your arrival as well as doggie bags and trash for disposal. Please clean up after your visit, thank you!

NOTE we have had a few recent issues with folks being sent to the wrong location while using Apple Maps. If you are having trouble locating us we suggest using Waze or Google Maps as an alternative. The driveway is well marked with Sniffspot signs. Fully fenced, lightly wooded yard, about an acre. Paths around perimeter and throughout. Barn with kennels in case you need to separate dogs or get in out of the weather. Plenty of shade. The property contains many boulders, tree stumps, logs and leaves for your dog to explore, and lots of room to run. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots and watch your step. There may be roots, rocks, holes or the occasional poop hiding under the leaves. Several of our guests have seen deer on the path to the SniffSpot gate. We strongly recommend keeping your dogs leashed until you are safely inside the fenced area.

Our fencing includes: • 5’ wrought-iron fence along the front of the property for a secure, stylish entrance • 4’ welded-wire fencing along the sides and through the entire wooded back area, with posts cemented deep into the ground for added stability. • Welded wire fence is meant to blend in. It isn't visible until you are closer up, but rest assured, the woods are fully enclosed and extends far beyond the rocks. Welcome to our spot! We have a big beautiful fully fenced in backyard with lots of features for pups to enjoy. Wide open grassy spaces, gentle hills, mossy areas, trees and bushes to explore, a small water feature, sunny and shady spots! We have a nice patio area with a variety of seating and tables. There is a hose for filling up dog bowls (please just ensure it is turned back off!). At the back of the yard, there is a gate leading out into woods/conservation area that can also be explored. This spot is a large fenced in yard. It has a small wooden area for pups to explore. There is a lacrosse net and netting in part of the yard for my kids when they play lacrosse backyard. They won’t be back there when the yard is rented. Please make sure to read the directions for parking and where to enter the backyard entrance as it is a bit hidden. Please go down Littlefield Rd. Take the first left onto an unmarked street. You will see a middle school field on your right. Our metal gate entrance is on your left. When school is in session please park on Littlefield or Winston Rd. Otherwise you can pull up to the gate. We have a water hose and bowl on the side of the house for your pup to cool off. ✍🏻We are excited to offer our MortyMerch! We design t-shirts, or bandanas with your pup’s face, name or both!
