**The pool is open for the season!** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool (unless you're actively helping or playing with them). Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. Welcome to McPeak Farm, a peaceful private country retreat where your pup can sniff, explore, roam, and just be a dog! 🌿🐕 Our home sits at the front of the property, where you’ll find everything you and your pup might need during your visit — fresh towels, sunscreen, drinks, snacks, and even treats for the pups! Pull in and park in the gravel to the right, and you can walk down the cleared tree line to our private trail toward the back of the property. Head up the knoll, and we have a cleared ATV trail on your left leading toward the creek, with plenty of natural space to explore along the way. Let your pup take their time sniffing every tree, wandering through the property, and enjoying all the sights and smells that come with country life. The trail becomes completely wooded so on a hot day, the temperature will drop making it a very enjoyable hike for you and your furry friend! No need to worry about muddy paws or your dog getting a little dirty — this is their adventure! 🐾 You may hear a dog barking in the distance, see birds flying overhead, or catch the occasional sounds of country life, but for the most part, you’ll enjoy peace, privacy, and pure country serenity. Whether you want to stop by for a quick hour of enrichment or spend half the day exploring, there’s room to make your visit your own. Twenty-seven acres right outside of 28021 city limits. Former cattle and sheep pasture, currently empty of livestock but waiting for you and your pup(s) to explore! Variety of areas: from large open pastures to heavily wooded (but still easily accessible/walkable) areas = lots to see, hear, and sniff! No need to pick up after your pet either! Water available multiple locations: outside the fenced pastures near block building/parking via hose pipe at the well near the garden 🪴 or inside the pastures (look for the blue barrels and the cattle waterers).

We are blessed and delighted to share our "spot" with you. Tranquil 21 acres. Easy to find. Located off a quiet "No outlet" road. Property is half wooded with trails, half pasture. Multiple large, grassy, fully fenced dog pastures; 4.5' high fencing. Fully fenced obedience training ring with gates, broadjumps, highjumps, and bar jump. Trails to lazy creek and around perimeter of property. Kennels, cover, chairs and fans available for use in pole barn. Tina's Fully Fenced Field/Pond/Woods Mineral Springs/Waxhaw

The one plus acre field is the area where the dogs would play/run, there are also woods they can go into, they also have access to a pond about 3/4 acre, but this would need to be discussed at first visit so you take a look and see if it is acceptable. If you are in the pond area, please do not go on the side where the house is situated, this is a private area, stay on the opposite side. The whole area is fenced. Five acres in total. We do have five dogs, but they would be in the house when you are visiting with your dogs, you may hear them bark, but would not see them, a separate entrance to the field is available. No traffic near by.

Elizabeth's 14 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Wellford

Secluded wooded and grassy 14 acres with a section fenced. Come walk one of the 4 trails or enjoy the fenced play area, or walk the long driveway and loop. We call this the dog yard! It is over an acre fully fenced and a very safe place for dogs to play! We have dog toys, dog water bowl (hose to fill it), and chairs and tables for the humans.
