I have a large backyard that my border collie loves to run around in. Fully fenced. The back end of my yard faces a big lot. One neighbor has a dog that is sometimes out and the dogs will race back-and-forth along the fence line. My dog is not outside dog so I am generally outside with him whenever he’s outside and I sit on the back porch. You can park on the street in front of my house. You would enter the backyard on the left side through the gate. I do not keep it locked, but I do put the carabiner through it so Smart dogs cannot lift up the latch. You are welcome to put your poop bags in my trashcan right there by the entrance to the backyard. Sometimes, if the dogs are lucky, they will be able to chase the bunny or squirrel. They definitely will have birds that they can chase around.

Dog Paradise in Northwest Charlotte

**The pool is open for the season!** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool (unless you're actively helping or playing with them). Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. We would love to share our yard with you and your fur-babies! We have fruit trees and berry bushes you are welcome to pick from! We get a ton of apples in the fall, so help yourself! Also, help yourself to snacks and drinks that I will provide prior to your arrival! We have playground equipment and games if you have any littles, and dog toys as well! Please know that I do garden, so please mind my vegetable garden if I have it planted during your visit. I will have it blocked off with small garden fencing. We do have a stray cat that hangs out here, please be mindful of her. She is very loved, but she will leave the yard once she sees your dog, she is harmless.
