10 acres of mixed pastures and woods, has welded wire main outer fencing and some goat cross fence, we raise goats and chickens and 4 cows here too. Wild turkey and deer can also be seen on occasion the property plenty of shade from large old oak trees is available and a picnic table in the shade to rest is also handy. We now have available drinks and snacks for the humans as well as our 4 legged friends.

Private property with 5+ acres of both a manicured lawn for frisbee tossing, belly rubs, and stick chases! Also we have a woodland walking track for sniffing and exploring, possibly ending in a swim in our 1/4 acre pond. All privately field fenced.

This partially wooded, 6 acre lot has lots to explore! Shallow and deep creek beds wind through the property with lots of trees and rock formations to discover. There are many shaded areas to rest and sunny spots to run and play.

We gave 18 acres for your dog(s) to stretch their legs and use their noses, located right between OKC and Shawnee! Go for a leisurely stroll through the back property, bring a ball for a game of fetch, do some digging in the old river bed... then head back to the house to cool off in the pool! Our property is partially fenced with a combination of wire fencing and chain link. The wide open space makes it great for dogs who need room to run. There is always a chance of coming across roadrunners or deer! Ample parking up and down the gravel driveway. BARN CATS MAY BE VISIBLE ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. ANY POTENTIAL HARM CAUSED TO ANY LIVESTOCK OR BARN CATS WILL BE COMPENSATED BY VISITOR.

Just please have a good recall on your dog as there is a lot of wild life, Deer,Possums,Bob Cats,Coyotes,Armadillos, Snakes, Raccoons, and Skunks so on. We have an enclosed space with 8ft fencing all around the front half of our perimeter. 3000 square feet off landscaping fabric to run on and do obstacle courses. Shaded seating area with picnic table, small fridge for your drinks & food. A fenced in play area for the kiddos (toddler friendly). You may wash up and use the restroom in our tiny house located in the back of the property. There are surrounding small trails to hike around our neighbors reservoir. We also have a mini hiking trail in our mystical woods where our friends live in a handmade A frame.
