Lower property offers lake views and animal access from shore (people are not allowed to wade). 5+ acres are mowed, and an additional 2+ acres of trails and foot paths. Quiet and serene location far from roadways or neighbors. Let your dog run leash free or bring your GPS, wireless electric fencing system with you, and relax while your dog roams and discovers. Hello, Genes 40 acre spot is located along the Yadkin River in Davie Co NC. You will find a fenced in area immediately upon reaching the designated parking area that includes a shelter with picnic tables and a water cooling pool for the dogs. From there are walking trails that are clearly marked guiding you to the river. You will pass a pond along the way and an open hay field. Reaching the riverbank you will find another seating area w fire pit and swing.
