Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced, over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (1/1/2025 OUR POOL IS DOWN FOR RENOVATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE 😭) (dogs allowed to swim in the pond and as soon as the pool is back up, duh!). Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 3 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! However, our road isn’t very busy, and you will be far enough off the road enough that we do not foresee any problems, as long as your dog doesn’t have a tendency of heading for the hills as soon as they are off leash. Even then, I think there is enough room that any dog will be free to run and play without harm. We have two dogs of our own, so please let me know if you would like me to put them up during your visit. If not, my doggos are friendly and would love to play with your pet(s)! Most of the pets in the pictures provided are of dogs I have watched for friends and family in the past. Oh, and no need to bag poo. 😁

there are 2 ways to get to this 5 acre field. there is nothing but trees a pond, rolling hills, mostle fenced in. there were horses that stayed in that field but hasnt been really touched in 6 years, other than bush hogging at least every other year. you can also access this property from center point acres road. you can pull in and close the gate behind you. its beautiful back there. the pond isnt knee deep. I put catfish in it to clean it up a bit but it wasnt deep enough. my dogs walk right thru it...lol

25 acre farm outside Manchester with pond

We are currently building a house at the back of the property and construction equipment is in and out. Guests/dogs are able to roam the front part of the property. There is a fence separating the property from Maple Springs Road. We do have a 6 month old black lab and our neighbors have a couple dogs and multiple farm animals (sheep/horses) separated from our property by a fence. This is only available before planting and after harvest due to crops being planted.
