Enjoy a fully fenced in 2.5 acre yard with your Good Boy or Good Girl! Lots of wide open space for your furry friend to run, fetch, roll, lay, dig, jump etc! As well as shady spots, large water bowl, refreshing hose water, as well as lounging for humans to relax while your dog lets out that energy by exploring, roaming, or just flat out sprinting! Our yard is mostly an open grass field that is mowed & maintained and has gate access from driveway. Whether you want your boy/girl to test out their maximum sprint speed, roll around and scratch all those itchy spots, or just see how far you can launch a Chuckit (just please don’t tear anything) this is the spot to do it! Along with all the grass to sniff, there’s also some trees spaced throughout, a gazebo to take a break in some shade, an elevated deck for a better look around, and plenty of places to sit! We’ve had our 2 dogs roaming this land over the last 7 years, up until recently when our Golden left us after fulfilling his duty honorably (RIP Bane🪽). Now it’s just our Big Tyson, a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog & proud member of the Canine Heavyweight division coming in at 160lbs, left in charge of backyard security to our little ones! Although he’s not winning any sprints or marathons… he embodies raw strength in short spurts, similar to a “Land-Hippo” of sorts! Therefore, we have no shortage of dog toys, balls, ropes, squeakers, or whatever your dog likes to have plenty of fun with you in your private dog-park!
