Park your car right in front of the gate and walk right in just a few steps and your inside the fenced area. Bathroom access will be available if needed. Water bowls and access to water hose I will be adding a small pool very soon. 12 acres partially wooded, recently cleared unfenced land! There’s a creek running through it, and all private. Very mulchy right now from being cleared, but easy to walk through and areas of large clearing. Dogs heaven!

Fully Fenced Half Acre in Garner!

Fully fence half acre lot in north Garner. A swing is suitable for people to sit on, or you're welcome to sit on the porch. A hose for water is always available, as well as a dog bowl, and a large 86" diameter, 1ft deep dog pool can be set up and filled with enough notice, as it takes quite a while to fill. We are on well water, so the water from the hose is safe and tasty for dogs and humans to drink! There's two humans, four dogs, and a cat on-site, though we generally will not meet guests unless you would like to. Poop bags and trash cans provided, as well as rubber Chuck-It balls and a ball throwing stick, a durable soft frisbee, a large herding ball, and a flirt pole! There is also a green sprinkler that can easily be attached to the hose; if requested I can set it up for you beforehand or you're welcome to attach it yourself!
