Dogs should have reliable recall or remain on an appropriate leash or long line. Please supervise your dog at all times. Wildlife and other animals may occasionally be present on this rural property. 🐄 CATTLE PASTURE + POND: There is a fenced cattle pasture located through the gate to the right of the barn. The pasture includes a pond and approximately 40 cattle, including a bull and cows with calves. Guests who choose to go into the cattle pasture with their dogs are welcome to do so, but please keep in mind that this is an active livestock pasture and is not maintained specifically for dog activity. Cattle behavior around unfamiliar people and dogs can be unpredictable, especially when calves are present. If you choose to enter the pasture, please keep your dog under control, give the cattle plenty of space, never allow your dog to chase or harass the livestock, and leave all gates exactly as you found them. 🚗 PARKING & PROPERTY GUIDELINES: • Park to the left of the house only • Please do not block the driveway • Please do not park on the grass • No access to the barn • Please respect all gates, fencing, livestock, and private areas 💧 Please bring drinking water for you and your pup, as there is no outdoor water source available on the property. ✨ Whether your pup wants to sniff every blade of grass, get some serious zoomies out, practice recall, explore the countryside, or simply relax with you, we hope you enjoy your time here. Private yard with deep and shallow end pool and grass for zoomies! Dog wash station, seating for humans in shade and sun. Fresh water bowl for dogs, pooper scooper and disposal bags. 2 adults per each dog please. Check out the extras for treats! Adults age 14+ are welcomed to swim with their dog.

Pool is now open to dogs. Owners are allowed to get in if dog needs assistance. Pool is not open for people to swim. Beautiful 1 acre yard with shaded areas for your furbabies. Owner has cover area with table to sit and watch. Yard has plenty of room to play. Private 2nd driveway with entrance into backyard. Playground equipment (Play House, Trampoline, Sandbox, and Swing Set) is not for use for Sniff Spot. This is a Sniff Spot for dogs, not a playground for children.

Small acreage homestead in a rural pocket of Denton County, just seconds from stores and shopping. Here you will find large oak trees, grassy fields, swimming pool, swing set, and even horses to admire or befriend across the fence. My dogs love it here and I know yours will too!

In The Country with Pool but close to Fort Worth

We have at least a full .5 acres inside a fence for off leash play. Includes access to a swimming pool for dogs (and humans) that love water. Chairs available on the pool deck along with oversized umbrella. Provide dog towels, poop bags, sunscreen and bug spray. Access to the field is available through a back gate. There is a cleared area near the creek and horse trail. We just ask that dogs be on leash outside the fence. Do not block the garage (parking available in the driveway if you pull far enough forward) Please put garbage in the provided trash cans. Place used towels on the porch.
