The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

Well manicured and safe yard for furbabies to enjoy being outside and to play. I have two separate areas, one standard front yard fully fenced by 4ft fence and the other 6ft fenced backyard with pool. The pool is 3.5-5ft deep as well as an in-pool hot tub. If you are interested in the hot tub being heated, please select that in the ‘Extra’ options. Two humans included with dog reservation. Just $5 extra for their human friends! We are back open! After 8 months of reconstruction from the hurricane I'm happy to announce that on a limited basis my sniff spot is back open! Please contact me individually to schedule your visit if you do not see a Time open that works for you. Come let your dogs play in this beautiful pool with an intercoastal view. A large ledge for romping around for those pups that are a little unsure! The pool is heated in winter and chilled in the summer months. There's also a fenced in play area and complimentary off-street parking! If there's a time that you don't see available, please contact me personally, and I may be able to accommodate you, especially if you are a returning customer. Please remember that I am on Clearwater Beach, and traffic can be backed up depending on your timing, so give yourself some extra time. For safety reasons with my open Seawall I do not allow children under 16 in or around the pool area. This is strictly a service for dogs to come and swim and enjoy the pool.
