14 gorgeous grass acres with beautiful trees. Plenty of room to run or to work on dog obedience and skill training. Fully fenced separate from our smaller 1 acre field. Perfect for play dates with dog friends or just as a respite from the day to day stress and noise. Porta Potty, trash buckets, picnic tables and fresh water available. There will be irrigation lines in the field but we will try to keep them out of your way. Dog Park at Sundance Park

Ramada for shade and seating area to relax. All blue buckets and blue kiddie pools are fresh clean water for the doggies! Doggie run available if you need to keep some doggies separate. Free grapefruit picking when ripe. Water hose available for use if needed. Enter through the west metal gate. Drive in and close the gate behind you, then feel free to park near the ramada. Alta Vista Park Off-leash Dog Park in Peoria, Arizona is a fully fenced enclosure where dogs can run off-leash. Dog owners must enter at their own risk and are responsible for any injuries or damage caused by their dogs. There are rules in place such as leashing dogs before entering and leaving, limiting two dogs per handler, and not allowing aggressive behavior. Welcome to Sunny Day Lawn! 🐾 A spacious, private backyard with a large open lawn made for running, playing fetch, sniffing, and exploring. Our yard is surrounded by fruit trees, plants, and plenty of interesting smells for curious pups. While your dog runs loose, kick back and relax on our outdoor couch under the shade umbrella. We provide tennis balls, fresh water, poop bags, and access to the garden hose for pups who love to cool off and play in the water. You’ll also have access to our back porch utility sink with soap for washing up after your visit. Your reservation is your time to enjoy the yard—come relax and let your pup run, sniff, and play! Private access is through the gate in our carport :)

Sollie's Place: Private Parking! Pool, Agility, & Digging!

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Do agility, jump in the pool, dig some holes! If you know for sure that you won't use the pool, send me a message. I might be open-minded to a discount. 😊 Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just 2 jumps and weave poles. Feel free to move it around. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. The tunnel finally gave up in 2025. It tried so hard, but the sun ☀️ was too much. RIP blue tunnel. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

Half Acre Property with a huge fenced yard! I've rented the yard on a different site for 2 years. Pool is included in price if you’d like to use it with your pup. Pool bathroom is on the west side of the house and is marked. I'd say half of the bookings are people wanting to use the yard for large dog social gatherings. There is a sitting area under an oak tree and plenty of room for running around and playing with your dog or multiple dogs. We've had "Corgi" parties with 20 small dogs running around having fun. Lots of space to run and play. Completely secure; 6 foot block wall. Dog enrichment games, toys and dog bubbles available. The zone is a great setting for the find it game. Water for dogs and poop bags available. There is a covered sitting area and the zone is lit up at night. Digging is allowed!
