Does life feel “ruff” sometimes? Maybe it’s time to run free in an enclosed private backyard with lots of grass. Or are you looking to “make your mark” in this world? Or perhaps you just want to “paws” and relax in the shade. If so, then Shaggy’s Shack Sniffspot is for you....and your awesome human, too! Shaggy’s Shack in Tempe has lots of grass for running, chasing balls, and doing the zoomies! It’s fully enclosed with a 5 to 6-foot block wall and more than 25 trees and bushes to explore. You can play fetch with tons of toys and there’s a designated digging spot, too. Or maybe you just want to cool off in a diving pool that’s professionally cleaned every Wednesday–even during Tempe’s cold months. Oh, and Shaggy’s Shack also has features shaded chairs for your human to relax as they watch you explore, play fetch, swim, and have a pawsitively good time. Shaggy’s Shack’s residents (and their humans) will be home but out of sight. The entire lot is just shy of a half-acre, and it’s conveniently located in Tempe. Many dogs live in the area, they may bark in greeting when they hear you. If you need to get in for a minute to help your dog that is fine, but otherwise no humans swimming. There are two Adirondack chairs for humans to sit on and play with their dog. Sollie's Place: Private Parking! Pool, Agility, & Digging!

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Do agility, jump in the pool, dig some holes! If you know for sure that you won't use the pool, send me a message. I might be open-minded to a discount. 😊 Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just 2 jumps and weave poles. Feel free to move it around. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. The tunnel finally gave up in 2025. It tried so hard, but the sun ☀️ was too much. RIP blue tunnel. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

Half Acre Property with a huge fenced yard! I've rented the yard on a different site for 2 years. Pool is included in price if you’d like to use it with your pup. Pool bathroom is on the west side of the house and is marked. I'd say half of the bookings are people wanting to use the yard for large dog social gatherings. There is a sitting area under an oak tree and plenty of room for running around and playing with your dog or multiple dogs. We've had "Corgi" parties with 20 small dogs running around having fun.
