Really nice. The gate and the driveway is a little confusing but if you follow the instructions they have, and look for the sign, you will find it.

I am so thankful this space is available to my dog. It’s a joy to watch him roam free in this safe, clean, private space!

Hudson’s favorite yard. Very clean. I like that it exposes him to sounds we generally don’t have near home (generally very quiet chickens and the very occasional train). There is a terrific mix of sun and shade, traditional groomed yard and a more tree filled area.

Large and secure yard. The dogs were able to get in a new experience when the train went by. I love this yard.

Great spot, both dogs loved it. Nice mix of shade and sun. My anxious dog was a bit freaked out by the sound of a train passing by very close to the property, but was fine afterwards.

Baxter and Romeo loved this spot! It was our first sniff spot visit ever. The directions provided in some of the reviews and by the host were helpful to find the entrance. The yard has many unique spaces, like an open field, little trails, cloverfield, and lots to sniff. We found a fresh water dish over by the house by the water hose. My dogs do not enjoy the water so I didn’t bother with the pool, but it would be fun! Luckily they ignored or didn’t see the chickens for the first 30 minutes but once they discovered the chickens we had to leave early. Lol! I tried to put them back on the leash and walk them around the yard but they quickly returned to bark at the chickens. Sorry! But 30 minutes was more than enough play time for my guys. It was fun! To be
expected, they came home with a number of burs :)
We will definitely do sniff spot again, but I’ll just make sure to pick out a place with no other distractions. It was worth a shot. VERY COOL PROPERTY, Kate! Thank you!

We had a great time today! Thanks for the cooling pool and chickens. My dog was into them at first, but they were so chill he lost interest right away. Lots of room for frisbee today.

Really private and secluded! I was a little worried that my dogs would get fixated on the chickens but the chickens were really quiet and didn't move around much in their pen so the dogs got bored with them and moved on after a few seconds. Theres a picture uploaded that shows a map of the access, make sure you follow that and the hosts instructions! The actual address will take you to the front which is not accessible for you or your dogs, so make sure you enter off of Dickman Trail as instructed to get to the back.

Wonderful place for dogs who love water and lots of smells! Definitely follow host's directions on how to get there and not Google Maps, it's a hidden oasis!

This was our first visit and it’s truly an all for the dogs yard!
Part of the yard is lawn if you want to play ball, another part is beautifully woodsy and shady to explore. In some areas the grass has been allowed to grow with attractive paths mowed through it.
Then there is of course the pool that my dog thoroughly enjoyed and an arrangement of boulders to climb on.
It was a hot day and water bowls were filled to the brim all over the yard.
My dog was very exited about the chickens, too excited. On the bright side this gave me the opportunity to work on some skills with distractions. I learned that we will have to keep working on some of them...
During our visit a train came by and my dog got scared since we were at the pool, which is close to the train track. Next time I will move to the other end of the spacious yard which should solve the problem until he gets used to it.
I highly recommend this Sniffspot, the name “All for the Dogs” is well chosen, it’s very reasonable priced and you might get to meet the very friendly and helpful host :)
Thank you for sharing your oasis, Kate!

DIRECTIONS: Google will take you to the front of the house—you need to go around back. The driveway has its own railroad crossing. It's not marked on Google Maps, but it's just a couple dozen yards south of "Landscapes Unlimited," a series of beige buildings—maybe a quarter mile south of Upper 71st St E. Kate put a SniffSpot sign next to the gate, so you'll know when you've arrived at the right place. ----- REVIEW: An amazing, spectacular spot! There's so much space for the dogs to run around, and a stock tank with water to play in. Fencing was secure enough to hold my clever 60-pound hound/heeler mix and her 80-pound bully friend. I hope to visit again soon.

Harry had a great time beagle-ing in the yard. It’s a good size - big enough to run around and explore but not too big that you worry where your dog is. And there is plenty of variety, with shady, wooded areas with paths, to open yard. It’s a great place for a dog to run around and get out their energy.

Large, fenced in yard with a lovely water tank for my pup to play in. She was especially fascinated with the chickens. Overall was a terrific spot to take the dog for a game of fetch and running around!

Our pup had a great time here! The yard is huge with lots of areas to explore. It was like a hidden oasis. There are chickens but they are in a secure enclosure. Ozzy had fun getting to know them! We can not wait to go back!

Dog water parks

It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
