It’s named in memory of our dog Max, who passed away from cancer. He loved this area so much. So, we decided to share with other dogs, who don’t have the luxury of running and sniffing and being a dog. Big pond in the back is drained do to a sand vain.

(PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY) *we may have limited availability until the end of hunting season.* THIS IS AN ACTIVE FARM. YOU MAY SEE FARM EQUIPMENT NEAR THE BARN, ETC. Come enjoy our little paradise! Sugar Creek runs through the back of our property. You are welcome to enjoy it, just be careful while walking the trails. We do have chickens and turkeys on the front of the property. PLEASE leash your dogs until you are on the trail. It’s also very important to leave on time and not show up early. We have multiple guests a day and we need to let our dogs out as well during the day. If you do arrive early, please sit on the 1/4 mile driveway until your allotted time. If you are late, just send us a message if you would like to stay after your scheduled time to make up for being late. We may be out with our dogs doing chores in between guests. We want to continue to host for SniffSpot but we are having issues with people going over allotted time, allowing their dogs to chase our animals, and wandering around spots that are not for guests. All we ask is that guests are respectful of our animals and our property. Our house is not part of the SniffSpot. Please do not bring your dogs up to the front of our house. Our dogs are inside and will see you & start barking. There’s plenty of land to explore!

This private fenced-in backyard is available for rental for your paw-fect friends! Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter the secret sanctuary provides enough room to get rid of any case of the zoomies. Plenty of room for fetch, toys and a dog poop scoop available for use. There’s a water bowl & hose with 7 setting nozzle attachment available for use. Trees for your friends to cool off under and chairs for you to sit & watch. We have a decent sized fully fenced yard. We do have 2 of our own dogs, but they will remain inside during all rentals. We ask that you please pick up after your dogs with the provided bags. We occasionally have some toys out there but recommend bringing your own. You are welcome to use anything that is left out there.

We have a .25 acre yard that is fully fenced in a quiet neighborhood. The fence is a 5 foot tall aluminum fence and leaves plenty of space for your pups to run around. There are plenty of dog toys for you and your pups to play with!

Just under an acre, shaded and lots to explore. Fully fenced with a split rail and welded wire.

Half acre fenced in with some trees and bushes for sniffing excitement. Country setting as well!

Hello! Welcome to K8’s Mo’Tail! Where we offer a “island” to you and your pups! The island is completely surrounded by water and the only entrance on to the island is through a double door covered bridge! We do have goats and ducks but they usually keep to themselves! I have 2 50ft leads available to be used but you must provide your own dog life jacket if you want them to wear one!

About 2 acres of woods, about a quarter acre completely open with no trees. The rest is open but there are a few trees spread throughout. There’s also a couple trails around the property and through the woods.

Does your dog need some exercise? Come visit our yard where your dog has 3 acres to roam. There will be a long driveway and you just walk to the back yard to find 3 acres for your dog to get that energy and the zoomies out 🤪 I will add more things for dogs to do as I go. Enjoy ice cream after words at Mj scoops afterwards located two blocks from me 😊

Fully fenced welded wire, enough room for any dog to run and have the yard all to themselves. Gate on right hand side of the house.

We have a fully fenced in yard that sits on over half a acre. It is 6 ft high and great for dogs of all types. We have access to shade and water. We do also have dogs of our own so there will be lots to sniff!

Three acres connected to the Salamonie Res and plenty of woods on two sides. Feel like taking a trail walk? Located at the far end of the back lot is entry to the woods and trails. Bring your fur babies out to explore nature and the country atmosphere!
