Your booking also includes exclusive access to our completely secure 1/2-acre fenced play yard, giving you the absolute best of both worlds: wide-open forest exploration and safe, enclosed off-leash running. By booking our space, you are directly supporting a great cause! We proudly operate EZ's Rescue Ranch, a functioning rescue farm for abused/neglected farm animals on a separate portion of the property. Whether you have a high-energy working breed who loves a nature hike, or a reactive pup who needs a peaceful, distraction-free environment to zoom, our property offers a wonderful private outdoor escape.

Rosie's Rover Retreat

Welcome to our farm! We are excited to share our private, quiet property with you and your pup(s). Whether you have a high-energy dog who needs to run full-tilt, a nervous or reactive dog who can't handle public dog parks, or you just want a peaceful spot to practice recall and training without distractions, our space is all yours for the reservation time. You'll have access to trails, a pond your pup is welcome to swim in and you're welcome to go fishing as well. We are quad and dirt bike friendly also. The Space & Fencing: • Size: 48 acres of grass, field, and wooded trail • Fencing: Not available • Privacy: Quiet neighborhood / secluded rural lot with no visible street traffic or neighboring dogs. Amenities Included: • Fresh water pond for swimming. (humans can go fishing too) • Dog interaction if desire with friendly playful pups. Parking & Access: • Private parking available in the driveway. • Direct, private entry to the property without needing to walk through our house or interact with anyone including pets. • Quad and dirtbike friendly. A Few House Rules: • Please pick up after yourself. Carry in carry out policy. • One booking at a time—your session is completely private. • Please leash your dog if necessary but not required.

The Oasis (3 Acres & Lake)

People have occasionally been showing up around the lake - please be aware of this We do test for blue green algae (scroll to picture 5) and we tested NEGATIVE. The lake is safe and not suffering from any toxic algae blooms. Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for your pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please maximum! Although the app is still problematic, we will work with you to find a solution. Please understand our slow responses are due to the app. IMPORTANT NOTE TO GUESTS I struggle with chronic illness / an autoimmune disease that often has me sidelined. I do my best to keep up outside, but please excuse me, or message me when there are things not so aesthetically pleasing, I will do my absolute best to mend to it as soon as possible. Three Bridge Farm

There is a pond that dogs are welcome to swim in. Has shallow entranceway, and deeper areas. Dogs love to fetch sticks and balls from the Pond. Also, there is a bridge from the edge of our property into the Wharton State Forest. There is a pretty wide trail.

Paws & Paddle Private Oasis * The Hidden Dipping Hole

Our spot is completely secluded and hidden from the road, backing up to beautiful, quiet woods for a truly peaceful retreat. Large Open Backyard: We have a massive, open yard perfect for fetching, sniffing, and burning off energy. Please note: The main yard is not fenced, making it ideal for dogs with good recall or those using long training lines. Dog & Human Friendly Pool: Want to cool off? We have an awesome pool that both dogs and humans are welcome to swim! We ask that 1 human/dog in the pool unless other arrangements are made with us prior to your visit. For everyone's peace of mind, the pool area is fully fenced. The remainder of the back yard is not fenced in, but is accessible for well-trained dogs with recall.

Private Fully Fenced Yard 🌳 Perfect for Reactive Dogs + Wissahickon Trail Access Ambler

Private, fully fenced yard. No shared space, easy entry, and a calm, safe environment for your pup to decompress. Bonus: direct access to the Wissahickon Trail!! 🐶♥️We have a reactive dog that is afraid of people and I thought it would be such a great opportunity to share our space that we love so much with other people and their pups. This is a safe space for all! ♥️ You will be able to use our driveway. Pull all the way into the driveway and take your dog from your car, directly into the fenced in yard. Theyard is about 3500 to 4000 ft.² around the side of the yard is an area with a table and chairs also a small screened in porch that you are welcome to use with your pup! I will make sure that there is a dog bowl and bags for picking up poop available for you. Trash cans are right as soon as you park! If your dog is not reactive, or if you are working on reactivity, there is gate that exits out through the other side of our yard and you enter the Wissahickon Trail, you are more than welcome to walk the public trail with your leashed dog! My husband built a small rock trail to guide you into the main trail. Also, the patio and chairs are a great spot for people who are working from home. You’re more than welcome to hang out there while your dog get some sniffs and energy out.  ** While we love 🩷 hosting your pups! 🐾 We work full-time, 🐶Same-day bookings are always welcome but please note it may not allow me time to prepare the yard 💩 to my standards and place out the welcome basket 😊 for your visit. Welcome to our backyard oasis. We are fully fenced and private. Loungers and sofa seating is available for people. We also have a partially covered deck with propane fire pit and dining table for your use. Please exercise caution while swimming, keeping an eye on children and pets that are not strong swimmers as there is no lifeguard. Please treat our space with the respect you would your own space as this is our home and we love sharing it with you but we also like to enjoy it with our furry family and friends! Please do not bring additional guests. We have 2 reactive dogs so we understand the desire to have a safe space for them to run and play without triggers. The yard is surrounded by privacy fencing and trees/shrubs so there is very little for them to see, occasionally a dog might bark behind the privacy fence or children can be heard playing. We have squirrels, birds, rabbits but no other wildlife generally. Please inquire about picnic options for both dogs and humans as we can provide both upon request for an additional fee depending on your requests.
