When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. A hose and kiddie pool are provided during the warmer months. Please put it back in that rack, and not on the table. (we have a puppy that likes to destroy those type things.) There are security cameras monitoring the driveway & gate into the property for your protection and ours. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely be heard, as they bark when you pull up. There is a trash can up by the garage where you can throw the poop bags. A few toys are out but can be picked up upon request. There is no resident dog but I dog sit frequently. The yard is about 40% a brick patio and 60% grass. Towels can be left out as well. Fresh/clean water bowl will be provided. Easy access to yard from convenient and never crowded street parking. Please be courteous of neighbors and do not block driveways. There is a small hot-tub not be used by dogs or humans. It is fully covered and out of the way. Motion censored light and camera in yard as well. Any other questions just ask :)
