In addition to the 1.3 acre fully fenced area we have a 2 acre field with trails that isn’t fenced. It’s a different environment full of sights, sounds, and scents for you dog to enjoy. I have a couple long leashes available for you to use so your dog has some freedom to explore.

Open area to walk and play with your dog. Pigeon river is approximately a 1/3 mile walk. Plenty of room, no neighbors, quiet and peaceful. The sunsets are epic here and are worth watching with your best friend furbaby.

Just a small yard I thought would be nice in the Kendallville area, specially for all the apartment dogs or dogs that aren’t tolerant of other dogs. My yard is definitely not perfect and still a work in progress, as there’s an area with no grass and some small weak spots in the fence, and these issues are all currently being worked on. Your dog will be able to use all their senses and get out all their energy in the yard. Some of the features include a pool, a scent garden area, and a variety of new animal scents! You are more than welcome to use the fire pit as long as you provide your own wood. All plants in the yard are dog friendly herbs! I generally do not meet my guest, however I am more than happy to come meet you upon request! We have a nice patio within the fenced in area that you can rest in the shade and watch your pet burn up all its energy! Our fence is 4 foot tall and keeps both our energetic boys within its perimeters! Our yard boarders a densely wooded area. You cannot see any other homes through it. I have over a half acre that has a 4' fence. There's lots of squirrels and birds and sometimes deer to look at. I live on a cul-de-sac so it's pretty quiet in the backyard. I have 5 dogs my self so I need to make sure the gate gets closed and locked.

We have an on-site 5☆ trainer.

Our 100 acre farm has been in the family for over 30 years. We have put a lot of time and effort into the property. And we would love to share it with you and your fur family to. The trails are all very well maintained. You will likely see birds, deer and plenty of wildlife throughout the trials. All of our trails are usually dry. But if you do come after it rains/snows it could be a little muddy. I have dogs of my own who are very human and dog friendly , I have extra time on my hands thru out the week where I just let my dogs run around outside after I’m off work until it’s time for bed , why not bring your dog to let out any extra energy . get those zoomies out !! 12$ am hr per dog .

Beautiful private backyard. Wonderful atmosphere. For both dogs and humans

Large area with a opened field in back (long grass). Great for jumping around in! Middle yard 3/4 fenced in, maintained and has shorter grass. Middle yard fenced on both sides and front, opens to the back yard that is unfenced, but does have shrubs and treeline on each side and a slight hill. All in all, great space to run for large and small dogs! Picnic tables to sit, sticks for pups to grab (lots of trees and shade in the middle yard), and water in cooler by picnic table (for dogs and humans! 😊). Hose available to spray down or fill kiddie pool (soon) on a hot day.

Wide open spot for your furry friends to run around in. Canopys are available for calm days, there is also one small tree that can provide shade, also have two different kiddie pools that can be filled up, fireplace available, a couple camping chairs are available to use and doggie bags. You may find some dog poop, I have 4 dogs and sometimes miss piles when walking. All of my dogs are vaccinated and on heartworm/flea prevention! I hope you enjoy the spot as much as we do!
