Sniffspot's private dog parks are the best way to exercise your dog. We have the best variety and the best priced dog parks anywhere!
My wife Stephanie and I have a nice size backyard at our primary residence in Canton, NC. From living in condos and apartments, we couldn’t wait any longer to give our beautiful pups a yard to run wild. Oliver is 1 and Gloria is 2 as of July 2024. They are super dog friendly and frequent visitors of Wagbar in Weaverville. They will not be out but if you are interested in socialization that can be arranged as well. Our backyard is spacious for wild running and lots of sniffs. Waste stations are along the fence, there is a hose for washing off (soon a wash station), some pools if wanting to splish splash, and picnic tables for the pet parents to sit and relax while the pups play. A cooler will be outside with cold beverages (water, ice, N/A seltzers and sodas). Toys will be available such as frisbees and balls. Welcome to bring any of your own. Neighbors are super friendly in the case a toy gets thrown above the fence.
We have over an acre, fully fenced. Pull right up to the marked gate by the out building and go right in. Tall trees provide shade and there is seating. Our dog Oliver shares his toys and we keep a doggy waste station available for easy cleanup. We live in the house on the property with our 3 dogs but want to share our spacious yard with others. Feel free to tag us on IG @avlsharpeilife. Thanks for stopping by.
Welcome to Pondside Paws Park, located in a quiet valley 15 minutes outside of downtown Asheville NC. Here you will find a peaceful, fully fenced in half acre lot with a pond for your pups to swim, romp, sniff, play and have a great time. For those more adventurous dogs, there's even a dock for jumping into the pond! There are opportunities for enjoying the pond regardless of your dog's age or exercise ability, as there is a shallow area with tall grass for wading and splashing, and a deeper area for swimming. The slope of the land is gentle for those older dogs as well- this spot is suitable for dogs of all ages and abilities. For the humans, we have several seating options including a picnic table and 4 chairs under a shade sail. Bug spray, sunscreen, fresh drinking water for the dogs and a tote full of toys is also provided in the weatherproof storage shed next to the seating area. Waste bags are available if needed, although we appreciate people bringing their own, and there is a waste container located at the entrance, next to the kiddie pool that is used to rinse off muddy paws. It's recommended that you bring a towel to dry them off before getting back into your car. We hope you enjoy the spot and leave it as you found it for others to enjoy as well.
A large pasture with fencing around everywhere except the top of the creek crossing running behind it. Bring a towel and enjoy! The bugs are back so a head screen or bug spray might make you more comfortable. Chairs and tables and sometimes a hammock provided creekside! Please do not bring more dogs than you have made your reservation for. If something changes please contact customer service and they can add dogs to your current reservation. I hope you have a fun and restful visit!
Fully enclosed 6 foot tall fence with dig guard. This park was built for dogs who are escape artists.
You can park right in front of the gate or beside the gate along the fence line. The spigot works , it just takes a second for it to come up.
Welcome to WagWorld! We have our dog resort for doggy daycare, overnight standard and private accommodations. We offer basic grooming. In early June we are opening WagWorld BARn which will be using our Prideful Pups Dog Park for social play. We will have adult beverages, non-alcoholic, food trucks, live entertainment and special events. WagWorld Woods is behind WagWorld BARn and next to the open area for families and dogs not good with open play. WagWorld Woods Private Dog Park will be completely private during your visit though.
We are a retired couple that loves dogs! We’ve always had trouble finding a place for our dogs to run while on vacation. We have a shallow running creek through our property and lots of flat land to throw a ball. Lots of trees and forest area for exploring too.
Big, beautiful backyard in the heart of West Asheville. The yard is completely fenced in and ready for you dogs to enjoy.
Fenced area with a hill, lots of room to run and play. Borders a wooded area, great place for digging
Fully fenced in yard for dogs to run and play. Easy parking, and partial shade. We have ring doorbells at each of our entrances, including the side door where the fenced in yard is.
Have you ever wanted to run your dog on three football sized flat fields? This is your chance. Located behind UPM Raflatac in the cane creek industrial park this huge spot is the third one we have built. It’s been designed for complete privacy for you and your pets. No drive by traffic no people walking by, just you and your kids on 4 flat acres. It’s perfect for all ages of dogs and their humans because of the terrain! If you are up for an adventure, we have cut in a small trail to access Cane Creek. It is part of the same property but is NOT fenced in any way. If your pup enjoy off or on leash hikes, then feel free. The trail is outside the fenceing look for the silver gate across from the Gazbo. It is an out and back path with two small hills about a 3-5min walk in the woods. This area is not fenced. A picnic table, gazebo with swing, hammock and umbrella, are located here for lots of seating and shelter. Some toys are provided and even a game of horse shoes for humans! I think a Remote Control car or a drone, a mountain bike might be really fun to bring or even a Remote Control plane. This spot is actually part of the old Fletcher airport. All I want in life is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Enjoy!
About 3/4 acre is fully fenced, but there is about a half acre unfenced where you can access the lake and our dock. We recommend keeping your dog leashed outside the gate, but if your dog has good recall you'll be fine.
We have a half acre, fully fenced, safe environment for your play time. A few toys, fresh water bowls, poo bags and a trash can are all provided. Plenty of chairs for the dog moms and dads to relax.
Nice well mowed yard in downtown Waynesville. Contained gardens, herding ball and other toys. Will put out accessories & water bowl

Fully fenced in yard with an area for digging and a tiered incline for running, exploring, and working off Zoomies.
If you need a better idea of where it is, it's within walking distance of the East Asheville Farmer's Market, Library, Fire Department, and Wells Fargo. I'm also close to Bull Mountain Rd. A few Announcements: While I make every effort to ensure that my roommate and other guests have cleaned up after their dogs, I have occasionally been informed that they have not. So I must now update the description accordingly. I welcome you to partake of my beautiful backyard in a peaceful neighborhood- as long as you are aware it is possible there is occasional dog poo. Also be advised that if you are extremely sensitive to poison ivy, be aware there may be some in some parts of the yard. If your dog is a curious sort, be aware that there is some yard equipment being stored under the deck and this area is open and not blocked off. I cannot anticipate every guest's need, but I am happy to offer my yard for a small fee to those who understand what is being offered. Thank you! Also, if you should happen to encounter my neighbor in the back left of the yard, please be advised he is unfortunately a little senile and has been known to be a nuissance to several of his neighbors. I don't want to scare you off, as we love our yard and will continue using our yard in the ways we see fit. If his (small) dogs come out while you are there, please be careful with your dogs, and please take anything he says with a grain of salt-, he unfortunately sometimes behaves like your classic grumpy old man. We apologize in advance for anything he says and are working on a solution. It may take some time for that to be implemented. Recommendations: 1) Please clean up after your dog. 2) If you book an evening time, be prepared with a flashlight, or know when the sun sets. I have outside lights, but I can't guarantee they will always be on, and they don't illuminate the whole yard. The space: A wide open space with rolling hills for your dogs to play, while you enjoy the view. *The sprinkler is actually a garden hose that is a "soaker" hose. It sprays water out of it like a sprinkler. There are plenty of sticks you can throw for the dog to fetch. (The location is 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 minutes to Downtown Asheville, and close to the Folk Art Center. The newly renovated Haw Creek library and playground, Creekside Tavern, and High Five Coffee are just down the street. You can also walk to the Haw Creek Farmer's Market from here on Fridays, 3-6 pm. You can walk straight from to the Mountain to Sea trail from here without having to drive, and hike to Lunchbox rock (seen in pictures here.) I included the porch pictures so you could see the sunset. :) ) There is hand sanitizer, sunblock and bug spray under the stairs, under the side of the bottom step that you are welcome to use.i
I have .25 acres in West Asheville for your pups to play! Right off Haywood Road, on a quiet, low traffic street.
My yard is a work in progress but I am happy to share it with you. Fully fenced in yard with 8' wooden privacy fence. (I have just had trees cut when pictures were posted, but the tree debris will be cleaned up before bookings start!) There is a trampoline swing, firepit with plenty of wood, covered deck with lights, table, chairs, and sofa. 15' Trampoline with mesh netting will be available soon. During growing season grab a fruit or veggie from one of the 4 square raised beds in the back off the alley; I'm happy to share. There are two entrances to the space; one on the side near the front of the house and another at the rear of the house accessed via an alleyway. Both entrances are fully detached from the house and available to you. Help yourself to the bucket of tennis balls on the deck stairs, or to the "guest box" on the fence near the back where you will find sunscreen, bug spray, hand sanitizer, and dog treats. City trash cans are located outside the fence in the alleyway. Please don't use the one marked 407, as it belongs to my neighbors. I don't use any harmful chemicals in my landscaping. My dogs are all fully vaccinated and up to date on flea/ tick meds as well. I *try* my hardest to clean up their potty messes, but step with caution. I use part of my deck as a work space, please leave the paint and DIY tools alone.
Please come and enjoy this fully fenced backyard. Private area in the heart of West Asheville - take a walk in the park nearby and then come to my yard for some off leash fun! Lots of sticks are in the yard- and an old fire pit- There’s a covered porch if you need to rest- you may hear my own dog inside the home, but don’t worry, you’ll have the yard to yourself! Please clean up after your pup, lock the gate when you’re finished, and DO NOT let humans stand on the steps as they are fragile !
