Trails and a serene creek. You and your dog can enjoy walks and playtime in nature. Perfect for all season adventures, training fun and sniffing out lots of new scents. Wooded trails and creek are partially fenced our property lines a creek (crossing the creek is off our property). Wildlife often present - be aware if you intend to have dog off leash. *Sensory Garden Our sensory gardens are designed to engage your pup with various scents, textures, and sounds to create a rich and enjoyable experience. Kelly's 1 Acre Fully Fenced + Additional On-Leash Area to Explore

We have a very large, fully fenced yard available (6' wood privacy fence) plus an on-leash area beyond the fenced yard that is our property as well. There are frequent deer, bird, squirrel and other wildlife sightings. The property backs up to the Mulberry River and the riverbank is very steep, please do not attempt to access the river at the rear of the property. Inside the fenced yard, there is a covered deck with chairs, table, and dog toys available and a water spigot you're free to use. We have 2 GSPs who love to use the yard but will not be on property.
