The property consists of two properties at the end of a private drive at the end of a deadend street which is adjacent to a huge forest (>1000+ acres) which is bordered by the property, railroad tracks, Tanyard Creek and Lake Allatoona to the north so it is very secluded and private and you can let your dogs run as much as they want. There is a hiking trail which could easily take you >30 minutes to the complete which we have marked. There is plenty of parking between the two homes. Please keep your dogs leashed while in the parking lot, but once you enter the forest, you can let your dogs run.

NOWHERE ELSE **PLEASE READ HRS OF AVAILABILITY HERE** The yard is available: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday (no Tues/Wed) between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. - last booking would need to be made for a 3:30 p.m. exit. *Hate opening the yard description with this, but there has been a problem lately with poop not getting picked up. PLEASE make sure to pick up your dog's poop. Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play & run. Enjoy the swing while your pups run & play. Shade up by the house, as well as a box full of balls. Dog water bowls up by the garage doors. Please try to keep your pups from digging in the grass. We have recently filled in holes mostly down at the base of the property by the fence but sort of all over the property with fresh dirt, so please keep your dog from digging in the dirt. No exceptions. There is a wooden rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. PLEASE PUT IT BACK ON THE RACK. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway & gate into the property for your protection and ours. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. Poop bags & balls provided. There is a trash can up by the garage where you can throw the poop bags. If you have a foster dog, you can come for free.
