Hello, and welcome to Iron Mine Dog Run. Our corner lot is in the quiet country setting of Londonderry Township/Middletown and offers little to no distractions for your pup. There is a picnic table, large front porch, porch swing, and patio table and chairs for resting. Our fenced in area is VERY bright when it gets dark. We have 4 floodlights on the side of the house, string lights & valance on the front porch, and a LED valance on the back porch. We also have LED motion sensing lights on the fence posts throughout the yard. There is a spigot with a hose and sprinkler for those hot days, or to fill your pups water dish! There are many shaded spots to get away from the sun around the yard as well. We love where we live because of the scenery, quietness, and low traffic volumes. Our pups thrive in this environment and we know yours will too, we’re so happy to be able to share it with you! Small fenced in yard overlooking 3 in fenced acres where pups are also free to rome (leash recommended). Will be fenced in soon, but for now it’s open. Property can get quite muddy after rain, so use caution if venturing in the field or woods.

Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or just relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Enjoy a cup of coffee, soft drink or h2o while your lovely pet is enjoying their free time. Wet wipes, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, paper towels and a trash can will be provided as well. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. We are a local dog training company and want to rent out our field when not in use! We have a fully fenced in area for your dog to run around chasing a ball or even to try out our competition standard agility equipment! We do have a couple of balls but if you prefer to bring your own that’s also fine. You will have the entire space to yourself without any other dogs, we do ask that you bring your own water bowl but we do have a hose you can use to fill it up! Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to a local pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm.

8ac farmhouse property with plenty of options for your dogs to roam around and play. There's grassy areas and gravel spots to pick from. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

We have a 30 acre tree farm located at the base of Sugarloaf Mt., away from roads, houses and people. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next fur-ever homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. We are as well associated with Buckeystown, Poolsville and Peachtree Veterinary hospitals.

Complete freedom to roam on 30 acres with a bonus that our land is surrounded by another 200+ acres of electric company owned land with no roads, no cars, no neighbors… just grass and forest. We have a Google Earth picture roughly showing the property lines and the driveway for you to use while exploring. We ask that you please stay out of the treeline to the right of the driveway as you drive up the hill It's the neighbor's property and it's marked by no trespassing signs. There is no house on the property. Just a camper and a shed. Park anywhere on the road or at the big circle at the top (near the farm office.) We have wifi near the brown shed at the top of the road. Your dogs will be tired after this trip, we promise. As of April 1st there are no animals or livestock on site except for a few bee hives on the property. Most often, the owner is not on site but may do some maintenance time to time. If you see him, he will wave hello… Rest assured he will not approach your dogs unless you approach him. We understand reactive dogs.

This is an extension of Tina’s Dog House SniffSpot, but for dogs who can play off leash in an open field & woods without full fencing. Or if you just want to walk your dog on leash. Approximately 4 acres including woods, the field borders only 2 neighbors with acreage & no dogs. There is no road or traffic. The property sits back off of a dead end road. You will access the field from the right side of the upper driveway before you get to the gate. Park in the grass and walk back over the hill behind the small garage. All of that area is mine too, but it’s also closest to neighbors. You’ll have more privacy and your pup will have less distractions if you go down back. You will be permitted to use the field beyond the fenced yard only, because there may be other SniffSpot customers paying for the fenced yard at the same time. If you have concerns about another dog being inside the fence, feel free to message me first and if it’s not booked, I can block the calendar for the time you want to use the field so no other dogs or people are here inside the yard. I do also have a small dog friendly BnB and on some days there may be other dogs here. I ask guests to keep their dogs inside during your visit. In spring, summer, & fall I will have a hose run down to the fence and water bowls for the dogs. I can provide some seating in the shade for you as well.
