Welcome to Brockett Bark Park! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. 1 acre fully fenced, encircles building..parking gate may be shut for added security. Our resident dog required whipworm treatment recently, so a quad monthly preventative such as sentinel or interceptor is highly suggested prior to visit for all.

My yard is nice: a place where squirrels roam, toys may go on permanent vacation, and the grass is greener because some pups have left little presents on the land. (always bring a baggy! - I have some too)

THE PARK: Amazing field for your pets to roam freely. With over 7 acres of fully fenced area , your dog will definitely have a great time exploring. Perfect for reactive dogs to have a safe and secluded area to roam around. Tons of open space and shade for the summer days or a a nice walk during the chilly fall/winter season. Take a seat and enjoy our resting fire pit area with shade and a water bowl is provided for your pets ( They will be tired out after all the roaming!) Toys and dog poop bags are included. Not only will your dog love this park but owners will also have a peaceful time. HOW TO GET THERE: Entrance to park is a bit hidden but will be located on the right side facing the house. I have a photo showing the entrance on the listing. Parking area will be passing down the field close to the pavilion or you can simply leave the car parked at the main entrance. Make sure to close main gate once inside to sure complete enclosure of the park. THINGS TO NOTE PLEASE READ: Although park is completely fenced, the second part of the park passing the red gate does have barb wires and large gaps that escape artist can wonder off too. Backstory: My best friend Scooby took an early trip to dog heaven so he never got a chance to play in the land now dedicated to him. His younger brother Koko and Lukas definitely have a blast when they roam Scooby's Dog park. With every visit, I just know that Scooby is welcoming all dogs that come through the gate. He was the most friendly dog and best friend anyone could ask for ( just didn't like to be messed with when he would eat ). Welcome to Fallen Oak Farm. A small permaculture style food forest sitting on the Etowah River. We have 6 acres total. 3 acres are fully fenced in to protect our garden. The unfenced area also has wide open spaces, In addition to a path in the woods that runs along the river. Large open areas for sunning or throwing your pup’s favorite toy.

We are on 12 acres mostly wooded. There is a creek on the backside of the property. Which is also where the main acreage is and a trail. You will park outside the gate. You can stay on the frontside of the property…most of that acreage is on the left when you pull down the driveway. Or, if given enough notice I can put our dog inside. That way you can walk around the gate and down the driveway. Either direction you take if you go on the backside of the house there is a trail. If you follow that trail to the right you will see the creek further back. Open from 9AM to 7PM Daily with approval or reservation.

This is a working dog farm. There is a fenced agility field, an obstacle course, a creek, a sand beach, lots of off leash fields, and a 12x24 saltwater dog pool available as an extra. There are picnic areas and firepits. There is a wading pool and water spicket for bathing dogs with shampoo and towels provided. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Lure Coursing coming soon!

I have multiple fenced pastures to use by appointment only. Cats and chickens are free on the property so your dog must be under control and leashed when not in the pastures. Bring a chair and a bowl for water but feel free to use my hose for water. Sorry, no bathroom. No need to clean up after your dog though so that is a plus! Some small jumps available in some pastures to hop over. Also have a sand arena they can run in but it’s not fenced (for dogs) and your dog must be nice to cats and chickens to use this space.
