Seasonal pond in the upper meadow. ALL 32 acres are fenced with triple barbed wire. Sorry! No water, chairs or poop bag trash cans on site. This is not a place that gets policed by anyone but you! Please help keep this site as pristine as you find it. If you pack it in please pack it out. Please park on the gravel rather than in the grass. The I-5 of the Pacific Northern railways runs right by my property. The trains are frequent and loud. Be aware if you have sound reactive dogs (or humans). I own 5 acres about 4 of that is fully fenced however some fencing is gates and barb wire so a dog could get through certain areas but I doubt it with so much for you and your best friend to explore. The views are incredible rain or shine. You hear absolutely nothing other than nature. Parking is next to the barn or in front of the barn. A hose is available and large cattle type water basin. An outlet is on the barn wall by the gate and 3 gates are available for entry to the pasture, please keep the dogs of the main lawn area and main house area etc.
