It’s that time of year! Produce stand is set up outside the gate with locally grown (around the block) produce. Honor jar at stand. Thank you for supporting local/small businesses ****Non Members: Please visit the extra’s section to add on the wpool at an additional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. Sozo Bark & Party Park is well shaded with sunny spots to enjoy. It's a great location for a private play session with your dog or you can bring a friend for a special play date. We can even host doggy parties for your favorite occasion. This is a non-smoking park: vaping is okay.

But here's the exciting part – our Private Dog Park is strategically placed on the opposite side of the property, ensuring serene visits without seeing or hearing others. This is a completely fenced-in property with plenty of room for your fur babies to run and play while you relax under one of the 5 shade trees on site, or just lay out a picnic in the grass. The kids are also not left out, there is an on site petting zoo where your kiddos can meet with the goats, ducks, and chickens on site and have plenty of room to enjoy themselves. There is beautiful flowers all over to smell and see, access to water and sprinkles, hills and room to roam and plenty of sticks to play fetch with. I’m the fall, plenty of leaves to run through. We have a half acre with plenty of seating and shade, toys, fresh water, and a trash for waste. Our salt water pool is large and heated to 85+ on days that are under 80 degrees. The pool is cleaned between visits and is tested regularly to maintain peak water quality. Humans are allowed to swim with their dogs but please abide by the pool rules. Humans are welcome to swim along their dog, however- there is not an on-site bathroom for use so please come prepared! Please note that the inflatable slide is not for guest or dog use. Our spot in conveniently located within walking distance from downtown Dade City. There are many pet friendly places in town. Please let the host know if you’d like to remain parked in the driveway while you go into town (we don’t mind!). It’s a great way to let dogs dry off :) Thank you!!

Huge yard, completely fence, back has 5' tall privacy fence. I lost my furbaby Niko in 2020 to CHF but he used to absolutely LOVE traipsing around the entire house and would make a complete 360 degree lap around the full house when outside. After living in an apt for years, I'm glad he got to experience his own yard without having to be leashed. Again, nice big yard, circles the entire house, partially privacy fenced in the back, trees for shading and bushes for curiosity.

4 acre mini farm. Currently no horses in residence. 3 large fully fenced pastures with large oak trees for your dogs to run and enjoy. Plenty of room to park. Entrance gate requires code to open. Once you make your reservation you will receive the code. Notes on the gate - If it doesn't open fully when you enter the code - typically that means you didn't press the keys firmly or you hesitated too long between pressing the 4 digits. If it doesn't open fully - please count to five before entering the code a second time. Whatever you do, don't start punching the code quickly over and over - that is a sure way to guarantee it will not open correctly. Exiting through the gate: There is a sensor for when you exit - just keep driving at 5 - 7 mph towards the gate and don't pause until you see it start to open. People make the mistake of stopping when they have only partially passed the sensor. If you made it all the way to the gate and it didn't open you were likely hesitating or didn't drive fast enough. In any case back up at least 20 feet (think 5 car lengths) wait 10 seconds for the gate to reset itself before driving towards it again to exit.

Please give 24 hours notice! A wading pool is available upon request. Fresh water is always available from several hose spigots. The land is partially shaded and a bench and chairs are available for seating.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IN ENTIRETY BEFORE BOOKING: This property is 1.7 acres total, but has approximately 1.5 acres of usable space for dog recreation. __________ Description The front yard is mostly shaded and grassy. The north yard has been planted in native plant species--please do not allow dogs to dig in this area or tear up the delicate native plants as it has taken a lot of time, money, and energy to semi-restore this area for native wildlife and pollinators. Its a great area for sniffing, running, and playing games of "ball search." There is a garden on the SW side of the property that is not fenced off from the rest of the yard, and a large mulched area behind it. Please keep dogs out of the garden beds, but running through the mulched area behind it is fine. _______ Wildlife There is a gopher tortoise burrow along the fenceline near the mulched area. Gopher tortoises are a state threatened species. It is a crime to disturb this state protected species, and dogs are one of the biggest threats to their populations. If ANY disturbance is found near the gopher tortoise burrow, the host WILL contact the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and pursue appropriate venues to press charges. KEEP DOGS AWAY FROM THE GOPHER TORTOISE AND ITS BURROW. The host of this property does not allow any harassment of native wildlife (with the exception of gray squirrels*) including moles, pocket gophers, snakes, and the resident gopher tortoise. *Chasing gray squirrels is alright, as they have become a nuisance to the solar panels and roof.* No venomous snakes have been seen on the property for at least 2 years, when the current owners bought the home, but the host recommends staying away from the mostly unused blue shed in the backyard, next to which there is wood piled, as this makes good escape cover for snakes, though none have been seen in this area yet. _________________________ Dog Wash and Training Area The chainlink fenced area behind the house is a training and wash area. There is some agility equipment laying in the porch and an area of rocks where you can bathe your dog. There is a hose and usually soap on the windowsill. A water station is also available in this area, though you may have to turn on the faucet. _________________ Dog Poop Cleanup A poop scoop is available in the dog wash area and a small, white poop trash bin is next to it. If the bin is full, or poop is far from this small cleanup station, use poop bags instead. Poop bags are available in the black, diamond-shaped dispenser to the left of the garage. Please place used poop bags in the large black trash bin by the gate on your way out. Other than that, enjoy your time here! Dragonfly Ranch is an independently owned small farm where people can come learn homesteading skills and sustainable living skills. It's a wonderful place to bring your dog to exercise, sniff, roam, roll and play while you relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. I only book one person per day so you can stay up to 2 hours if you like. As a reminder I require at least 24 to 48 hours notice before booking. Showing up at my gate will not get you entrance unless you have communicated with me directly and I have confirmed your booking.

Let your dog off-leash and allow them to run around the open pasture on our 7 acre farm. Make yourself comfortable in our zero-gravity chairs under a huge oak tree while Fido chases balls, frisbees, etc. and runs off his energy. Enjoy the scenic lake views and relaxing atmosphere away from city noise. This spot may not work for dogs that tend to take off and not heed commands as there are sections of the cattle fencing that does not include mesh and does have gaps. Also, plenty of room for trainers wanting to set up agility courses.

Quaint fenced in back yard, in- ground swimming pool (screened-in enclosure), covered porch with seating and tables. Towels, bathing/ grooming supplies upon request, cooler and grill/smoker available upon request, restroom upon request. Please come enjoy a relaxing space for humans and dogs, alike. Swim with your dogs, if you like. Enjoy vacation like amenities with your pup, while being close to home!
