There is plenty of parking. Our fenced yard is about 2 acre. There is also a chicken run fenced separately where your dog can check out some chickens. The entrance to the yard is a gate between the house and garage. Please replace the carribeaner when you leave. And have fun!

Enjoy a fully fenced spot (4 foot wire mesh livestock style fencing), run through mowed grass, NEW tall natural meadow (we are “rewilding” a portion of our yard to native plants), two short wooded trails and access to a large pond with dock. Dogs are welcome to swim—bring towels and be prepared for some mud if it’s been raining or you have a pond monster doggy. Woods have wonderful smells, my dogs sometimes find delightful things to roll in. A hose is available for use on warm days. We do have chickens on site and ask you not allow your dog to harass them as you enter and leave (chickens are in a separate fenced area and in a coop/run). My dogs will be in the house—some barking may happen on your arrival but they will not be loose. Wildlife may be encountered (deer, squirrels, crawfish, muskrats, many birds and snapping turtles). **Note: I didn’t want to claim the site as accessible as it is grass and some uneven ground, but feel free to reach out if you need an accommodation to access the spot and we can discuss what is possible** We welcome all. Welcome to our spot, the perfect place for your friend to enjoy some off-leash time in a safe and controlled environment. We understand that some dogs may be reactive or require a bit more space, and we are happy to accommodate their needs. Our location offers plenty of room for your dog to explore and play without the worry of unexpected encounters. No immediate neighbors have dogs that share a fence with us. Occasionally, a dog in the distance may be outside near the southeast corner, but this is rare, ensuring a calm and enjoyable visit for your pet. A kiddie pool is available in the summer, but I will need to be notified in advance on whether or not you would like it filled. Two humans per dog are allowed unless arrangements are made with me in advance. Please note that the yard may be wet or muddy after rain or snow. Additionally, mole holes might be present in some areas (providing extra sniffing opportunities!) 😜 Additionally, our spot is conveniently located right by the B&O Trail, making it easy for you to warm up or cool down your visit with a walk. Our fully fenced yard is ready for your dog to come and enjoy. It is easily accessible with off street parking and a gate at the front of our driveway. We also have a large tree that offers shade on a sunny day. You are welcome to enjoy our large yard privately or our very friendly dog is ready to offer a playmate.

Very spacious yard with plenty of room to run. There is a large hill that your furry friends will definitely enjoy.

Feel free to park in the driveway under the shade of the cherry tree. You’ll walk around the south side of the house and you’ll find the gate. Let yourself and your furry pal in. Don’t forget to close the gate all the way! There is sun or shade for your 4-legged friend to practice their zoomies on. And there is a deck and a chair for the human accompanying. There is a hose in the front of the house and a water bowl on the back deck! I truly hope you enjoy your time sitting out back. There are so many birds and squirrels to watch in the peaceful afternoon sunshine.

This beautiful yard is spacious and fully fenced. The toy structures have been removed for the winter so the space is unlimited. Great for dogs to run around. There is an incline in the back if your dogs like to run down little hills or roll down it. Grass covers the entire yard except for the decorative rock structures. I would love to host your babies and allow them to get the exercise and space they deserve.

We have a beautiful mulch in playground for children, a bocce ball court horseshoes, cornhole, ladder ball you name it we have a covered outdoor area that is heated and also has fans 265 inch televisions and outdoor bar a 26 x 16‘ deck for you to enjoy Several grill options and refrigerators perfect for an outside gathering cookout or to bring your pets and relax and enjoy !
