55Beautiful location with a sandy beach and clear, clean water for pups who enjoy swim and play fetch in water. The owners are friendly and stopped by to chat briefly about our pups. They have also provided two chairs for people to hang out on the beach. We couldn't make full use of the location as one of our dogs was more in a mood to explore the neighborhood than play in the water :) Janani T.

55We had a great time at this spot. Several of us met up to let our dogs play on neutral territory. Hunter was very accommodating and brought water out for the dogs and provided some toys and seats. The yard was beautiful and securely fenced. Instructions to get there and get in were very clear. Rachel M.

55What a wonderful spot to bring our 6 month GSD! Our pup can be a little nervous in new places, but she felt right at home here in this quiet neighborhood.
There was sun and shade, grass, and lots of areas to sniff! And the best part...she was so tired after playing that she passed out when we got home.
Fiona had graciously set some chairs, snacks and water for us, and set out toys and water for our pup.
We will absolutely be back!Rachel P.

55Sophie had a great time! Our first time ever getting to play in the water and it was so fun! Not one other dog in sight and a very dog & human friendly lake side (meaning could comfortably stand in water without shoes - not many rocks & clean)! We'll be back!
Thank you for a delightful evening!Shawna M.

55One of the better spots in Seattle city limits IMO - Phillip was SO friendly and accommodating! Best parts:
1. We have a big dog who loves fetch and the spot had plenty of room to throw our lacrosse ball (careful with extra bouncy balls because ours accidentally bounced over the fence once, had to run down the hill to grab it!)
2. No big hot spots to avoid in the yard like floral beds etc, our doggo can be really clumsy and it was SO nice not worrying about obstacles
3. Adirondacks and picnic table for the humans! The yard has really nice shade which was great on a super hot day
4. We enjoyed a special appearance by Prada, the quirky corgi of the house! Phillip was super responsible in asking first if our pup likes other dogs/ would want some playtime, which was great for us!
We’ll definitely be back, awesome spot!!

55This a beautiful backyard by the lake. The water is so clean and calm. This was our dog first jump in the water and it was perfect with a shallow area. There was shade for taking a brake. Cindy and Steve were great hosts and very respectful of our needs. Isabel M.

55This was our first visit to Hunter’s spot. The pup loved it! Lots of foliage and terrain to explore, bushes to run behind, and a huge lawn to get some sprints in. Nice shady spots to take a breather, too, even at noon. We will definitely get back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space, Hunter!Eunice B.

55We literally booked same-day at last minute as the dogs were stir-crazy this week (what is this thing called "wfh"). And then I was running late (what is this thing called "wfh")?!
Btw, Phillip put "corky" in his description, which I thought was a dog's name, but it's just a play on "quirky" and "corgi", as Prada is a corgi!
Phillip gave great directions, had a fresh bowl of water out, and there are picnic table/couple chairs if you feel like sitting under the huge magnolia tree (at right of photo). A Seattle-sized backyard, and nice for a change of scenery for city dogs. Thank you for being a great host!

55This was my first Sniffspot experience and we are hooked! My two ran around like crazy monkeys in the first 10 minutes or so, my little one barking in joy (sorry Hunter!). They showed down, so I walked around with them and found a treasure trove of pine cones by the back fence...on a hill. My two are obsessed with chasing pine cones, so I got them running up and down the hill. The two were exhausted and happy! We will be back. Thanks for the great space Hunter!Sarah P.

55Such a great yard - a little hill that ensured pups got his exercise in running up and down, lots of different smells and sniffs (flowers and plants) and a lovely patio area for mama to sit in and relax. Pups also loved playing with the balls and other toys in the yard. Can't wait to go back!Gita G.

Frequently asked questions about Brewster dog parks
Are private dog parks better than public dog parks in Brewster?
Yes, private dog parks in Brewster eliminate the major risks of public facilities: unpredictable dog encounters, inattentive owners, disease transmission, and chaotic environments. With Sniffspot's 7 private locations in Brewster, you get complete privacy during your booking, professionally maintained spaces, and flexible scheduling. No more worrying about aggressive dogs or unsafe conditions. Chelan Dog Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Manson and other highly-rated Brewster locations consistently receive 5-star reviews for safety and cleanliness.
Are Sniffspot dog parks in Brewster safe for all dog types?
Absolutely! Brewster Sniffspot locations welcome puppies learning socialization, senior dogs needing gentle exercise, small dogs who feel overwhelmed at public parks, high-energy dogs needing room to run, and reactive dogs requiring privacy. The completely private bookings mean each dog gets exactly the environment they need with no compromises. Whether your dog is friendly, selective, anxious, or anywhere in between, Brewster has 7 options to match their temperament.
When can puppies start visiting dog parks in Brewster?
Puppies can visit Brewster Sniffspot locations as soon as they have age-appropriate vaccinations (typically around 8-10 weeks with their first round of shots). Unlike public dog parks where you'd wait until puppies are fully vaccinated at 16+ weeks, Sniffspot's private bookings eliminate disease risk from unknown dogs. This early, safe socialization in Brewster helps prevent fear and reactivity issues later. Many Brewster trainers specifically use Sniffspot for puppy development.
How do I find private dog parks near me in Brewster?
Browse Brewster's 7 private dog parks on Sniffspot by entering your zip code or neighborhood. Filter by distance (within 5, 10, or 25 miles), then narrow by features: fully fenced, "fewer dogs seen/heard," specific amenities like fully fenced dog parks or dog fields. Each Brewster listing shows photos, reviews, exact location, and instant availability. Chelan Dog Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Manson is particularly popular among Brewster dog owners.
Are Brewster dog parks good for small dogs?
Yes! Many Brewster Sniffspot hosts specifically mark their spaces as "small dog friendly," meaning they're sized appropriately for toy breeds and small dogs. Unlike public dog parks where small dogs can be intimidated or injured by larger dogs, Brewster private bookings give your small dog the entire space. Filter for secure fencing with no gaps, smaller yard sizes, and hosts who cater to petite pups. Some Brewster dog park locations even have separate small dog areas.
What's the difference between Sniffspot and public dog parks in Brewster?
The biggest difference is privacy and control. Public dog parks in Brewster mean sharing space with unknown dogs and owners. You can't control who shows up or how they behave. Sniffspot's 7 Brewster locations give you private bookings where only your dogs are present. You choose the time, the space, and the environment. Plus, you get amenities like fully fenced dog parks, dog fields, and maintained cleanliness that public parks can't guarantee.
Do Brewster dog parks allow senior dogs?
Yes! Brewster Sniffspot locations are excellent for senior dogs who need gentle exercise without the stress of public dog parks. Older dogs can explore at their own pace, rest when needed, and avoid being knocked over by rambunctious dogs. Look for Brewster spots with flat terrain, shaded areas, easy access, and smaller sizes if your senior has limited mobility. The privacy means your older dog can enjoy off-leash time safely and comfortably.
Can I rent a private dog park in Brewster by the hour?
Yes! All 7 Sniffspot locations in Brewster are available for hourly rental. Most bookings are 1-2 hours, though you can reserve longer if needed. Book instantly through the platform, arrive during your time slot, and have the entire space to yourself. Many Brewster dog owners rent weekly for consistent, safe exercise for their dogs.
