Our property is shy of 12 acres, 9+ acres of which we're sharing as a private off leash dog space or Sniffspot. The entrance is over the bridge where the creek is and 'From Creek to Back of Property' is all yours to explore. You may unleash your doggies right after the bridge and chain the gate if you want. Dogs might run down the creek for a splash or drink. Continue on to our family campground, there are picnic tables you could use. Then, up the hill you go to 'hike up the mini forest', free to roam around, listen to the birds, squirrels and other critters and sounds that nature brings you. You'll find seating areas while your dogs are at play, feel free to use them. Enjoy a picnic with your loved ones if you're up for it on one of the cabin porches or covered / uncovered picnic tables. The back of property behind fence is DNR land, so rest assured you’re on your own private little world with your furry buddies. The mini forest has some large walking paths and smaller trails scattered about, also some open meadows and is at a peaceful wooded setting. This is where I go to unwind and relieve my head of stress and worries. It’s my place of meditation, while my dogs sniff and romp around like crazy, do their zoomies and play hide n seek! *If you want to save a little bit of moolah, I offer membership. Forget about the gym, you'll get your exercise here with your dogs. If you are a member of my sniffspot, or have older dog/s and would like to drive below or up the hill to park so the fur buddy don't get exhausted, message me.* Some of you have asked about the cabins. Timber Paws is a dog day camp service operating in and around the Bellingham, WA area. During non-operating hours our private and fully fenced-in dog park area is available for rent via Sniffspot. Take advantage of nearly 2 acres of natural, wooded terrain with plenty of space to run, chase, and fetch. The Pacific Northwest Trail, a through-hike trail hundreds of miles long, runs directly through our property via the gravel road and allows you to go on hikes of virtually unlimited duration. Please note that the standing propane heater is NOT for Sniffspot users. Please also keep out of the tiny house - guests are NOT permitted to enter. Any usage or tampering with the heater or tiny house will result in a loss of future booking privileges. Destruction of on-site toys will also result in a loss of future booking privileges if compensation is not provided.

We offer a farm setting open field with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Private fenced parking area off the street. Enter off 248 Street at 5245 248 Street. Our park is fully fenced with both big and small dogs in mind. We provide a water hose and buckets for dog’s drinking. We have added a picnic table and bench seating for you to bring your friends, family or club members. We are working on adding a kids playground. For the dogs we have all sorts of fun activities and agility equipment. Pause table, training table, weave poles, A frame, short and long tunnel, balance stools, jumps, ground tires, cooling pool, hose, pooper scooper. We compost waste so no bags needed. Just scoop and put into the provided bucket. Plenty of room for ball. We will be adding more equipment as we go. Plan your family party or club event here or just come train or play with your dog. Are you looking for help with training? We provide that too. This is a farm setting with horses just over the fencing. It’s surrounded by trees for a nice private time. Our facility has a fenced off-leash Dog Park with Agility Equipment with unfenced on-leash grassy potty area just outside. Our agility course is complete with multiple single jumps, A-frame, dog walk, tunnel, teeter and weave poles. On-leash trail walk through our wooded trails behind the dog park for a small additional fee. Cedarbrook Farms is a 60 acre farm with about half of this acreage as wooded trails behind the dog agility park. The main trail loop is to the right and is maintained (however there are two wet spots, we recommend you wear boots in the rainy season), the loop to the left may or may not be maintained. You can access the main loop out the back gate of the dog park (be sure to close and secure the gate behind you) or if you go out the front dog park gate, walk around towards the back of the dog park and hang right when you see trail options. There are single track cross through trails through the center of the main loop that you can explore at your leisure as well. The main loop is about a 10-15 minute walk depending on your pace. Dogs must remain on leash at all times in the unfenced areas, horses/dogs share use of these trails. There is a portapotty available on site at the main arena barn, please have your dog in the car prior to approaching the arena barn area. We also have Cedarbrook Veterinary Care, veterinarian Dr. Hannah Mueller, on site and offer canine acupuncture, chiropractic, SCENAR and Theraplate. Please help yourself to water, umbrellas, and/or heat. If you turn anything on, please turn it off as soon as you are finished using it. You're welcome to use our basketball court while your dog enjoys their playtime (just let me know beforehand, as I can leave an inflated basketball out). We also have a tether tug, offering your dog endless tug-of-war! We've also stocked various toys for your pup, including frisbees, Nerf guns, tennis balls, and more. Please let me know if you have any questions! When you place a booking, you will receive the yard's location and instructions on how to enter it.

2024 UPDATE: We had to close our spot for 2 months in Winter 2023 because our iconic willow tree fell into the pasture breaking our fence. We have repaired the fencing and planted a new young willow. SPRING 2024 UPDATE: There is a pond in the pasture that varies in depth with rains but is not deeper than about 2' this time of year. It can be very muddy, so please bring a towel. WATER/HOSE -- We have a hose available for use * upon request * we must be home to turn the water on, please message us if you would like the water turned on and we will do our best to accommodate. -------- Two adjacent and connected pasture fenced yards totaling almost one acre including hay above, long grass, beautiful old trees and sloped terrain above and below. No known hazards aside from hilly terrain and some blackberry brambles (we are diligently fighting them). In rainy months Nov-April there is a shallow pond/wetland (bring a towel). Fencing is all new 5' agricultural fencing secure for dogs of all sizes. Enjoy the serene space with a creek and giant willow tree just beyond the fencing. Many songbirds too! Upper pasture features a playset with slides and swings. Two benches for sitting. Maybe not suitable for very tiny dogs due to eagles/ hawks. Private!!! Closed toed shoes recommended as well as mosquito repellent in summer especially at dawn and dusk. Hose may be available with advanced notice. Private driveway can be hard to find (follow instructions in welcome message). Construction may be occurring on site (PM with questions). *** If you are bringing a FOSTER DOG currently available for adoption please PM me for a discount code *** Keep an eye out for: Eagles, Hawks, Kingfisher, Downey Woodpecker, Beaver, Bobcat, Bear Coyotes -- sometimes spotted outside of the fenced pasture. We love our wild ones!

We have a large grass hill in front that's excellent for playing fetch, dog wading pools with colorful balls floating on the water an agility tunnel, in-ground tug toy, giant horse play balls, toys and bubbles to make sure your pup has an amazing time.

Although we welcome dogs of all sizes, we believe our space is the perfect size for small to medium dogs. No other dogs will be in the yard or in sight during your time here. However, you may occasionally hear the English Bulldog that lives next door. We have an aquatic turtle in a small pond in the corner of the yard. We do have that area behind a little fence. We are happy to bring the turtle inside if you ask us before your visit. We have synthetic pet turf, which is more sanitary, and keeps your dog mud and dirt-free. It also eliminates most bugs, pests, and the need for pesticides or chemicals. Plus, the dogs love rolling and playing on it! We provide dog toys, puzzle games, a ball pit, tunnel, tether tug, two kiddie pools, agility equipment, a fresh-water station, and a dog waste station. (bags included) We have a strawberry patch that runs the length of the yard, up on a small retaining wall. Please know that it is OK for your dog to go up there, run through there, and pick the strawberries if there are any. We do not harvest the berries for ourselves, and all of the dogs seem to like exploring that area. Please feel free to park in the empty spot in the driveway, or on the street in front of the house. You may enter and exit through either of our gates on each side of the house. The gate on the left side of the house is wheelchair accessible. Do you need a private space to play with your pup or give it some time to roam and sunbathe? Come visit Cori's Cozy Dog Park in Lake Stevens, WA. I welcome up to 3 supervised dogs at a time. I will provide water, treats, toys, poop bags and a recepticle for your pup during your stay. You are welcome to sit on the outdoor patio furniture while you stay which is located under a large pergola with lights. The firepit can be used at an additional cost.

Yard is fully fenced with 6-12ft high privacy fencing that is fully secure. Yard is equipped with fire dining table, and lounge chair for plenty of seating. Partially landscaped with trees and hills to zoom around.

Fully indoor area (170’ x70’) area completely enclosed for rainy day fun! Obstacles available for use! Also have unfenced outdoor area and lots of woodsy areas available (includes electric horse fencing-not completely fenced but is secluded). Your hour your pick! Spend some time indoors and out (must have off leash control/be on leash around horses if roaming property) if your dog likes basic agility like jumps, many poles available in arena! Wash down bay available for additional $$ Great rainy day fun! Limited hours, book in advance!

****IMPORTANT : all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** COMING SOON in JUNE. This is a fully enclosed chicken coop that is 18.5 feet long, meshed. I am converting it into a place for very small dogs to have a safe space to be off leash in a grassy spot with a cover so they are safe from pray birds. It will also be a space where people with adventure cats are free to book, so there will some cat climbing trees. For a cat, please message for details, you will have to book through the Swimply App, as sniff spot is only designed for dog visitors. My vision for this encloser is to have hay grass, a couple of young cedar trees that can be transplanted later when they are getting too big for the enclosure. Some logs/ stumps... trying to recreate a mini forest inside the space. With shade and chairs for humans to sit and relax. I will be adding some agility equipment for small dogs or cats to practice jumping through hoops and doing adorable stuff.

We have about 5-6 acres but what is available to dogs is the yard and lots so wherever they feel comfortable and if your dog still needs a leash you can Teather them in the yard, if not they can roam wherever as long as you are both comfortable with that. Most the time we are down below working on the other house or inside on our days off or out and about.
