***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** Welcome! This is a private rental, when you book you are the only one in the space. We have three areas for you to enjoy, all are fully fenced and are included in the rental price. We have a fully fenced acre of woods with a trail that goes through to explore. It is accessed through the gate in the backyard. We also have a front yard and deep backyard, great for running, fetch and recall training. The yard is 1.5 acres and also fully fenced. During the summer you have access to two seating areas including a picnic table, gazebo for shade (seasonally) a 30 foot tether is also available if you would like to have your dog stay beside you while you relax. During the winter, paths are plowed in both yards and in the woods within 3-5 hours of a significant snowfall. Hard packed snow and mild weather can create icy sections on the property, we put down sand and pet safe ice melt on the trails to help. Feel free to contact us for trail conditions before booking. All dog breeds welcome, reactive dogs welcome.

We are conveniently located just a short drive south of the city, our park provides ample space for your pup to run, play, and explore. This space includes open fields, trails, forests, and even a pond. During your visit, you might even catch a glimpse of some deer or wild turkeys! We welcome all dogs, regardless of breed or size. We consider safety a top priority, so if you are hesitant about letting your dog off-leash, We offer a 15-foot lead that you can use.

New timeslots open up daily. Our Sniffspot is our backyard (attached to the house), which is about 1.5 acres of mostly open lawn... great for playing fetch or running at top speed! It is securely fenced with 5' fencing. There is seating, gazebo, dog toys, and agility equipment and a dog pool in the summer. In the winter there are plowed paths. A separate, 8 acre fenced field with walking paths is also available. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs welcome. VACCINES: All visiting dogs MUST be up to date on core vaccines (DHPP) or titer tested. We reserve the right to ask for a vaccine certificate. FOSTER DOGS: Foster dogs in rescue visit for free! RIVER LOVERS’ SPOT IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE…. We are overrun with Canada Geese. The nesting pair were welcome but the number that have moved in since are overwhelming. Their waste has made the site unpleasant. There are 50-80 in residence currently. The adolescents are 75%. Attempts to thwart them have not been as successful as summers past. I will change the calendar (and pics) as the move on. Summer is short!! UPDATE: We are awaiting approval by Dept. Environmental Conservation for ground changes. I’M ANXIOUS AND WILL POST WORD SOON…please be patient 🙁. Follow up 8/10/2022 With summer slipping away and things not changing on our waterfront, I’ve decided to open the calendar and see what happens. Things don’t always go as planned. The water is low. The shore is rocky (but not far in). The natural shore is pretty mucky. And there’s an old dock that needs to be pulled. Mostly cosmetic and negotiable with the keepers of the wetlands. DOGS DON’T CARE. Take a peek and see if it would suit your pup. We’ll be here next year but once it freezes it’s a “no dog” zone. 🐾 Dogs, bring your people and swim, run, or just watch the ships on the St. Lawrence. No fence but there’s more riverfront than road front. Our spot is small, quiet and your only distractions will be shore birds, waterfowl and fish. The shore is low rocks so good footing preferred. The water is shallow. The vistas are perfect. All dogs should have a river spot to share.

Large fully fenced in yard with two large lawns and a forest for your dog to walk through. There is a pond on the property without a fence on the other side so it can be closed off if you do not want your dog swimming in it. It is mostly covered in tiny lilly pads all summer. I own a very passive, but young dog that can come out and play if your dog wants a one on one friend. I'd like them to meet with me around first before booking a play time. Fencing is chainlink and farm fencing down the sides. Smaller dogs may be able to escape through the farm fencing. Seating on front porch and rear deck. Rear deck has an umbrella for shade. There is a bunch of parking in the driveway.

A really great spot! The trail in the woods utilizes the space really well with multiple short trails. It was a little muddy but that was due to the mild temperature and time of year. Recommended!

Such a sheltered spot among all the trees. I little wet, which is to be expected with the spring melt this time of year, but they had sawdust down and little wood bridges which were great! And of course our pup loved it. Plenty of space to run and explore.

My puppy had the best time running through the trails here! Pretty sure he'll sleep like a rock tonight. Trails and yard are a bit wet with the spring thaw (to be expected!), but the host has spread sawdust in places to absorb some of the wet. Towels to dry off my pup were provided, which was really appreciated, as well as drinking water. It was puppy's first time seeing chickens and ducks, so a little extra socialization for the win. 🙂

What a great spot! Nash loved exploring the trails in the backyard and checking out the ducks and chickens. It was a bit muddy - to be expected for this time of year, and the host put boards and saw dust down to help, and had a bucket of towels to wipe down before going home which was a very nice touch. We will certainly be back!

My three pups had a blast. The area was fully fenced off so we didn’t have any worries. We went on a sunny spring day when the snow was melting so the pups got dirty with mud but Valerie left us some towels. She was most thoughtful. Will visit again.

First time there and the dogs had a blast! Muddy dogs are the happiest dogs. The host was very responsive and answered all questions promptly. The chickens and pekin ducks are visible so if your dog has high prey drive, keep that in mind. I asked the host to put the chickens in a coop because I wasn’t sure how my dog would react and I felt that the fence and the coop was secure enough to give me peace of mind. He enjoyed looking at them but also wanted to eat them, haha.

This was my first ever time using this app. The place in Oxford Mills was everything I hoped it would be, my pup had the best time in a well laid out and safe area! This was a wonderful place for our two dogs to romp around. There’s a large yard great for playing catch, and there is a gate which leads to an amazing wooded area with several trails winding about. They enjoy their selves fully. There’s fresh water available. I would highly recommend for a wonderful off leash experience.

Great communication, nice location with lots to explore. The dogs enjoyed their time and tuckered themselves out before the hour ended. We appreciate the water and bowl left out as well as the towels though we didn't end up using them it was still a thoughtful touch.

My dogs had a BLAST here. I have a reactive dog, and it was so nice for him to be able to run and play and go for a walk in the woods like a normal dog and I could relax and not worry about his anxiety (and mine). He had a smile on his face the whole time as you can see in the pictures. My Chihuahua was fascinated with the chickens which was hilarious. We had a fun time and will be returning often. This was a great spot and the perfect size for our two dogs to get a good run and also do some exploring in the woods. The fencing was great and I love that you drive in and then close the gate so even the front is secure. It wasn’t very muddy at all, but Valeria still left out some towels and the hose in case we needed to rinse the dogs off before getting back in the car. We will definitely visit this spot again!
