Welcome to my beautiful fully fenced in yard! Located on 1/4 of an acre in the Hudson Valley, your pup will have a large private outdoor space to run, sniff and play to their hearts desire. Our home has a private driveway and plenty of street parking. We have a private gate entrance for guests, and a beautiful patio with comfortable lounge chairs under a shaded pergola for humans to enjoy while your pup plays with a yard full of toys! Need essentials? We’ve got you covered. Hose access and bowls for pup drinking water, a doggy first aid kit, pooper scooper, and trash can. Bug spray and sunscreen are also available for humans if needed. Our dog Crosby loves his yard and we’re so excited to share it with other dog lovers and dogs on Sniffspot! Please park on the right side of gravel driveway, located on Grove Court. Walk across front yard or follow path at the top of the driveway. The fenced in area is in the front yard just passed the brown house. There are table and chairs for our guests to be comfortable.

Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water bowl/container- we do have a hose available for fill ups. Hope to have you for a visit soon! Overall, the spot is quiet but please read the detailed sections about people, dogs, and domestic animals that can be seen/heard from our spot prior to booking. Large fenced in natural area in a very peaceful neighborhood. Lots of shade in summer. Half lawn and half wooded areas for lots of sniff exploring. Bench for seating and great bird watching for human companions.

Ample room to run or take a swim. Bring your own frisbee, balls etc and romp away. The pavilion provides shelter from hot sun or sudden showers. Enjoy beaver, heron, bald eagle sightings….pack a picnic and relax w your furry best friend by the side of Wappingers Creek in the hamlet of salt point. Park is winterized so bathrooms/available Mid May-October.

Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is securely covered with a safety cover. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot. The pool will reopen on Memorial Day.

Your dog will absolutely 💕 playing on this private six acre Wilton 🐶 estate that overlooks the reservoir w/ plenty of room for parking. Please clean up after your 🐶 Also, one of our guests left their ball in the front yard so if you’re missing a ball it’s probably yours 😂

Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.
