David's 66 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Brevard

My property has multiple trails, 2 small fields, streams, a large pond for swimming, and a dog wash station! Lots of space to play. Truly a dog paradise! My property is located on a long, gravel driveway (named by me as Maple Gap Rd) off Frozen Creek Road and just a short distance from the back entrance of Gorges State Park. Once turning onto Frozen Creek Road it’s about 1.3 miles on your right. You’ll see a small green sign saying Maple Gap Road and a Sniffspot sign. Parking is available beside the garage (looks like a house). Ok to park behind my silver truck that stays there. You’ll see a Sniffspot ‘park here’ sign, a dog waste station with bags, and a brown bench with tennis balls, water bowls, and bug spray in a storage bin under the seat. Access to the two small fields and stream is across the gravel driveway. My two homes on the property are vacation rentals by owner. If you see guests they may/may not have dogs. Redemption Downs Farm and Kennels dog park and walking trails

Welcome to Redemption Downs! You can come relax while your puppy gets out the zoomies. If you’re more active and need to get your zoomies out; there are acres and acres of walking trails. You and your fluffy friends can talk to our sheep, our goats, and meet our barking babies! Come sit for a while, exercise, have a picnic, or chill out on the hammocks while your pooch plays! The farm is gated, extremely private, and has assigned parking. There is a trail that runs to Lake Hartwell. When the water is up, you can walk to the cove to let your buddy get his swim on!

McT Family Farm

17 acre working farm with 50 livestock in fenced pastures. Entire farm is fenced in, including five livestock pastures and two corrals. Two turn-of-the-century barns great for photo backgrounds. Dogs can get near the fencing but not into the pastures with livestock. Mini highland cow, Irish dexter cow, alpacas, sheep, donkeys, ponies, goats - all in pastures and safely fenced off.

Wooded trails ~ 10 minutes from downtown AVL

Whistlepig Trails offers 5 acres of wooded, hand-maintained trails designed for dogs and their humans to explore. The paths wind through a natural hillside, with gentle slopes, packed earth, and plenty of interesting scents along the way. Maintained with care, these trails provide a safe and engaging space for dogs to roam, sniff, and stretch their legs. Located within a small, artsy campground, the space has a rustic, creative feel, with upcycled structures and a relaxed atmosphere. Sniff Spot visitors are welcome to use the restroom facilities during their visit. For leash-less exploring, that's dog-dependent. There are cats near the big open field, and if your pup likes to chase cats, then we'd ask that you kept your dog on a leash for the safety of our not-terribly-athletic cat. :) On the trails should be fine, but please make sure they're leashed in the parking area. Please note that it is possible that the neighbors dogs could make an appearance. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. :( There's a good chance you'll see other people around the property while you're here. We run a campground for visitors to Asheville and also have folks who live on the property.
