Parking is at the top of the trail. There is roughly 150 FEET elevation change from the top of the trail to the bottom of the trail. It is a hike. Seating, trash cans, and watering bowls are available along the trail. Grass field area for playing fetch and areas to dig come first along the trail. Then the trail goes into the forest. Seating and dog water available on the trail. Wildlife walk the trails too. Use caution We have sheep, turkeys and chickens on the farm. Stay clear of pasture fencing. Hot wire used inside of the pasture, don’t touch. Water stations may change due to weather conditions. Dexter's Bark Park

Welcome! We offer a 1 acre, fenced FIELD for your dog(s) to run, play, sniff and bark! Seasonal lake up and down throughout winter. THIS IS A FIELD, MEDIUM & HIGH GRASS, not always mowed short. Our dogs love rolling and sniffing in it! There is temporarily an additional corral inside entrance and our cows are in the adjacent pasture. Please leash dogs until inside the park. The cows may be surprising and there are lots of rabbits around. Beautiful views and farm animal neighbors add to the fun. Shade trees and seating make this spot fun for all! Long and short grass, slight hills and a sand pile to dig in too! We are a farm animal sanctuary and wildlife friendly. There may be long grass, insects, farm animal poo and other farmy stuff. Fun smell things such as feathers, wool, horse hair etc are added for dogs to sniff. All is cruelty free. During the summer there are two unfiltered pools, one small and one 9’ above ground stock tank. Please make sure pups know how to get in/out safely. There are towels in a bin near the table. ***PLEASE POSTPONE IF YOUR DOG IS IN HEAT - we’d love her to visit once done though!*** We ask that you not use electric collars while visiting, thank you. **May-July 4, New Years** there may be fireworks displays nearby. These are usually Fri-Sat mid day into evening. Feel free to message questions if you are concerned. We also have some new rescue dogs that may be heard barking as they adjust. They are 200’ or so from spot but may be heard. WINTER: Seasonal pond takes up the lower portion of the spot. It may grow and shrink throughout the season. Dogs love it! Ground will likely be soggy but we will close if entrance becomes unsafe. SUMMER: (closed for season) During warm weather there is a 9’ stock tank pool (not filtered) for dogs. One adult may accompany each dog but please no children. Private parking for one or two vehicles available. If additional needed, please message host. Clean porta potty available for guest use. This is also used by others, please keep dogs leashed in this area. This park is dedicated to Dexter, the King of Bork. He was a loud, happy guy that lived to bark! He inspired Misspits Rescue who has saved hundreds of dogs and other animals. All proceeds from this rental support Misspits and the animals in our care.

Piper's Paradise- 3 acre Private Dog Park In Warren, Or

FYI 50 ft x 100 ft fully fenced. Remaining acreage is unfenced. Below are instructions of where to park and how to get to the variety of play areas. We enjoy our peaceful, scenic, 2.8 acres with our Doberman's Piper and Cassius. We are 35 minutes from Fremont Bridge, on Hwy 30. I thought others may enjoy our property with their dog as much as we do with ours. As you pull off Columbia River Hwy (hwy 30) towards the Warren Country Inn restaurant (56575 Columbia river hwy, warren, Or 97053) stay left towards the guard rail. You will see a dead-end road sign with a purple Sniffspot sign underneath it. This is our driveway. Follow and stay left up the hill past the neighbors barn. Follow road as it turns right. Our property has the 2-story gold house on it. You will see on your left a green sign with our address 56441. We have a new parking area. Follow driveway up towards the gold house. You will park straight ahead by the wood/leaf pile, to left of the orchard. The unfenced, large, mowed field to the that you drove thru is yours to enjoy and is only part of the 2.8 acres you get to play in. There is a picnic table under the trees behind you. Feel free to use this. Look to the far right (facing the house) and you will see a 6-foot chain link fence. Walk across the field or yard and you will see the chain link gate. Inside of this area is a fully fenced, 5 to 6 feet tall area to train or play. This area is about 100 ft by 50 ft wide. Inside of the chain link area is an agility jump, large container of chuck its, tugs, other toys and orange cones for dog training. There is also a water bowl with water that will be cleaned between guests. When it is hot out, I will have a kiddie pool with water so your dogs can cool down. There are 2 chairs & a covered area to sit in when in the fenced area. Feel free to bring whatever you would like to play with to the big grass field area to enjoy. We would appreciate it if you can put it back inside the fenced area when you are finished with the items. If you continue to the left of the chain link entrance, you will see several steps down to the seasonal stream. It’s either a pond or a stream. We just damned it again, there is minimal water in warmer months. It fills up when it rains more. Feel free to let your dog explore this area. The mud is soft. From the steam continue to the left and follow the stream. When you get to the tall trees straight ahead there will be a box of poop bags, next to the seasonal stream. Our neighbor’s property is behind these bags on the right in the green house. So go left up the hill towards the orchard. Feel free to pick a couple apples during the fall. This will get you to the front, by the picnic table and you will be able to see your car from this side of the orchard. Unfortunately, there are no restrooms on site, however as you will pass the Warren Country Inn as you get to our dead end road. You can go there during business hours to use their bathroom. Or grab something to go to eat on our picnic table. We have an added attraction of moles. My Dobie loves trying to find them. Beware of holes that we may have missed filling in between guests. If the ball or toy goes over the fence to our neighbor’s yard, just leave it there. If you can shoot me a text to tell me the general area that it went to then I can grab it later. Please pick up after yourself and your dog. No smoking or vaping please. No drugs or alcohol. Please no glass. Enjoy Your stay and let me know if you have any questions.
