Country hideaway! Fully fenced dog pasture on secluded property in Beaverdam, VA

Fall is in the air and our spot is perfect to enjoy a nice, quiet escape! Our secluded dog pasture is located on a dead end in Beaverdam. As you enter the gravel driveway, you will see designated parking alongside a shaded shed. Just a short walk away is the entrance to a fully fenced doggie pasture. In warmer months, the (4) chairs and a table will have an umbrella available for some shade. We also will have a shade sail for the pups use as well as a garden hose and drinking bowl (for the dogs only preferred). There are covered dog shelters so your pooch can have some shade. Doo doo bags, a scooper and trash can are nearby for cleaning up. The area is far removed from the street We are easily reached should you have any issues at all and the area has security cameras for safety. We do not have any outside pets that will interfere with your visit. A burn barrel and wood is available for visits in the cooler months. Take a ride through the county and enjoy our clean and pesticide/fertilizer free pasture!

Our property backs to Motts Run. Yard is fenced. We do have chickens and cats but they are contained. The play area is on turf but please note a large portion of the yard is not and can be muddy in winter.

8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Separate 32 acres is accessible with a stream but has to be guided the first time. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! Two vehicle maximum. Extra charge for more, see extras. It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot. It’s open, peaceful, and removed from heavy neighborhood traffic. 🐾 Good Fit For: • Dogs with solid recall • Sniff walks & decompression time • Fetch & training sessions • Pups who enjoy open space ⚠️ Please Note: This yard is unfenced. Dogs should have reliable recall and be comfortable off-leash in an open setting. Wildlife scents are present due to the wooded edge. From time to time, ATVs may pass by on the road. They are not constant, but this may not be the best space for dogs who are highly reactive to moving vehicles or who like to chase. If your dog is comfortable with occasional distant road noise, they should do great here. 💧 Amenities • Fresh water bowl provided • Trash can at the top of the driveway • Please pick up after your pet There is a porta potty on site, but it has not been serviced recently, so please plan accordingly. ⸻ Third Eye Cottage is a calm, respectful space for dogs and humans to breathe, play, and enjoy golden-hour field magic.
