If you are OK with this possibility of seeing two gardeners off of the main walking path, feel free to book whenever. If not, I recommend the booking in the morning or later in the evening. *** Text 905-242-4418 for any questions or other inquiries. 10 acre property, approximately 5 acres of dog friendly area. Path around the pond and into the back of the property where there is woods. The back of the property is less maintained and it is only recommended to go back there if you wish to explore and are sure to be safe with your dog on leash, just because the previous owners of the property left some car debris back there that may be harmful to dogs if they are not careful. We take our three Chihuahuas here all the time with no issues. We’ve taken them to the back as well, but usually just stay to the maintained area around the pond. People have heard coyotes and seen coyote trails on the property so if you have a small dog, it is recommended to be on leash just in case. Pond is great for dogs to swim, relatively clean water that our dogs and ourselves swim in. Pond also has an island in the middle, which makes for a cool place for dogs to swim to. Be sure to wash dogs after as there is poison ivy or oak on the island that could stick on dogs fur. Tree farm is not our property please stay off!

So we created our own little backyard heaven for them and would love to share it with others ! Whether it be your dog needs lots of space to run, or prefers to take it slow and sniff around, maybe they are a bit shy or reactive to other dogs/people, our backyard is the perfect space for them to relax, feel safe and explore on their own terms! Lakes in Ontario are often full of high levels of 🦠 bacteria, which can be harmful to pets, don’t risk it, stay safe by bringing them to the pool ☺️ We do have 5 dogs, so you may hear some barking from inside, but there will be NO visible or personal contact from our dogs. It is beside one of the many walking and bike trails. The lowest and largest area in this dog park sits on a flood plain. You may see a water build up like a pond, which eventually recedes to a layer of an ankle deep water beneath the grass that is not readily visible before it totally dries out. This occurs during the spring thaw and/or after a heavy rain. As such, some guests recommend keeping a pair of rainboots or beach footwear. Your dogs can play in or around it if they want, and it's entirely up to you. While there are no potential hazards, there are mosquiitoes that a bite can cause allergies to some.
