55Nice spot, easy to find and plenty of street parking available as promised. The gate latch is broken so it's a little wonky but still can be used to fully latch the gate.
The one neighbour did have a dog outside which was a bit of a challenge to my reactive dog but they brought the dog in shortly afterwards and I used it as a training opportunity. The 3 foot fence behind the hedge on that side held all my three in but beware if you have a dedicated escape artist they may be able to hop it.
Yard was large and wide open as described, good for my dogs to run around, play a little fetch and practice some recall work.

If you have a medium to large dog like us, there is a makeshift brick structure that can be easily jumped and your dog can take off into other yards which are not fenced and also access to the wooded trails. We had to be very aware of where Sadie went and had to distract her alot so she wouldn’t take off when dogs were near. All in all, we still highly recommend this spot and will likely go again! We were over the moon when we received notification of this spot. It is close to home which is a huge bonus. It is a large yard and we really enjoyed playing with Sadie here! It was clean and safe. 55The yard was a great large size for my large breed dog! It was a very clean space and had a compost bin to dispose of our dogs waste bags, which was very convenient! Daniel was also reachable over text which was great to let him know we were running a tad bit late. Very great host and secure fence for Jett. Didn’t see any other dogs near the property or in the neighbours yard which was great since my dog is reactive, 115 pounds and in ecollar training :) I recommend this property and would definitely visit again!Rachel C.

I love how big this yard is! My 2 Aussies have enough room to explore, chase each other, and play fetch. One of them is very reactive towards other dogs but wasn’t bothered by the barking bulldog next door. Since the yard is so big, you can control the distance between the dogs making it a perfect training opportunity for reactivity. Highly recommend! Thanks Daniel!

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
