Welcome to Max’s Place 😊 We recently lost our big baby, Max, and his mother, Diamond, two years before that. When house hunting, I made sure to buy a house with a nice size yard for our dogs. Now that they are no longer here, we’d like to invite others to enjoy the freedom to run around. Max’s Place is completely fenced. We offer the use of a small agility set, a lounging area for both dogs and their humans, toys and balls. There is a hose hookup in the back if you need water. Lakeside at Reptar's (Private Access to Lake!)

A reactive dog himself, our rescue Reptar understands the value of private playtime in a safe space and invites you to enjoy his personal pup oasis! We welcome you and your dogs to enjoy our fully-fenced backyard with private lake access. We offer shade for our guests, both from the trees and a movable pop up tent. We also have a dog-kiddie pool for them to splash around in or rinse off after their dip in the lake. We provide outside toys, doggie waste bags, treats, towels and drinking water for you and our furry guests. We offer a 25 yard leash you can use when your dog is swimming if you are worried about their recall in the water. Swimming is at the discretion of the owner/booker, and we have no ability to control lake conditions. We even have an agility course for some extra fun! We welcome you to sync your phone to our Bose speaker to listen to your own music or just enjoy the sounds of nature. In the springtime, it’s the perfect weather for your dogs to swim while you enjoy the view. Lots of wildlife to enjoy, you may even help us find newly hatched baby turtles during your stay! All dogs are welcome!

We have lots of items to desensitize your pup and allow them to explore in a safe place (pool & ninja line during summer, swing set, jungle gym, table, chairs) Warm month mornings are typically full sun, while afternoons offer partial shaded areas to cool off after a long day. Other amenities include table with umbrella and chairs, dog toys, shaded dog shack, pooper scooper, poop bags, water bowl, water hose, small dog pool, and agility equipment.
