During your enrichment session you will be able to use some basic agility equipment, Have access to our ball pit,use our self serve enrichment cart, and finally you and your pet(s) will have the options receive a curated enrichment activity with assistance from our staff members. Our facility is indoor and kept at a comfortable temperature. We have access to water and restrooms. Cleanliness and safety is our priority, We do require you to email or bring a copy of your pets updated vaccines.

Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. *if bad weather is highly anticipated in the area, please understand that we may not always approve a full refund if you cancel last minute HOURS: we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6 am.

Welcome to Ghent on the Corner! Enjoy our 2,500 sq ft corner lot with a 4 ft white vinyl picket fence. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Enjoy shaded seating underneath our gazebo. Spray your dog with our hose or throw a ball around with your pup. My partner Abel Cortez and I host this spot, but you will not interact with us or our dogs when visiting. Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds and garden. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog. Poop bags are provided free of charge and found underneath the garden hose.

If you don’t pickup after your dog there is a $25 fee. You may see myself or cleaners inside the home but you have full private use of the backyard.

My back yard is fully fenced and gets mowed every 2 weeks. It is accessible via the gate at the side of the house. It is mostly even grass. After a good rain the yard is full of fun puddles and can be muddy. So much fun for the pups! There are a couple of chairs in the yard and plenty of street parking.

Run, Jump, Splash or Relax Allow your pup(s) to stretch their legs with our large fenced in yard. We have an extra picket aluminum fence on, safe for the little companions to enjoy too. We have a newly built swimming pool with a splash pad and a covered patio, which offers plenty of shade. Our covered patio has two ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, comfy patio furniture for five, an outlet for charging phones or laptops, WiFi available, and misting fan available upon request. We also have treats available on the patio for your doggo. We do have two medium size dog canopies, a chilly pad, numerous water and retrieivng toys for stretching those legs and tiring out your companion. *Please be respectful and courteous as this is our home* *Do not allow your dog(s) to bark excessively or at our neighbors, this is our home. *NO glass or alcohol allowed on property *NO smoking of any type *Please clean up after yourself *Thoroughly brush your pup(s) prior to swimming as to reduce the amount of hair in the pool. Our pool equipment appreciates you. 😉
