Run, Jump, Splash, Relax Allow your pup(s) to stretch their legs with our large fenced in yard. We have an extra picket aluminum fence, safe for the little companions to enjoy too. We have a newly built swimming pool with a splash pad and a covered patio which offers plenty of shade. Our covered patio has two ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, comfy patio furniture for five, an outlet for charging phones or laptops, WiFi available, and misting fan available upon request. We also have treats and frosty paws ice cream available upon request and let us know if your pup has any dietary restrictions. Bottled water available for guests and fresh water for pups(frozen bowl or ice cubes available upon request). We do have two medium size dog canopies, a chilly pad, numerous toys for stretching those legs and tiring out your companion. *Please be respectful and courteous as this is our home* *NO glass or alcohol allowed on property *NO smoking of any type *Please clean up after yourself *Thoroughly brush your pup(s) prior to swimming as to reduce the amount of hair in the pool. Vince and Ava's Poolside Oasis ***Season 2024 Update we have caged chickens in the yard*** • Private Fenced Yard: Entire backyard is securely fenced with three gate entrances. The back gate opens to a spacious open field area. • Dog-Friendly Pool: The pool features a tanning ledge entrance, making it easily accessible for dogs. Please brush high-shedding dogs before your visit. • Safety First: Swim at your own risk. Dog life vests are not provided, so bring your own if needed. Please read Sniffspot’s Water Safety https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water • Outdoor Sink: Fill up water bowls and rinse water bowls at the outdoor kitchen sink • Comfortable Seating: Relax in various seating areas around the yard, including bar chairs, lounge chairs, rockers, and a hammock. • No Smoking/Vaping/Alcohol: To ensure a clean and safe environment, smoking, vaping, and alcohol are not permitted. • Pool Use Policy: Only one person is allowed in the pool to assist dogs. Additional people can be added for $30 each. NO EXCEPTIONS • Pet Cleanup: Guests must clean up after their dogs. Poop bags can be found at the gate entrace at the driveway. PLEASE DISPOSE OF POOP BAGS IN THE TRASH CANS IN THE DRIVEWAY. Note on Chickens: We have caged chickens in the yard this year. Additional Rules Pool Safety: No running around the pool. No diving or jumping into the pool. This is a swimming pool and only 6 feet deep. Glass Prohibition: No glass is allowed on the property. Pool Access: The pool is primarily for dogs. One adult can assist dogs in the pool. Only one person per visit is permitted in the pool unless you add additional people in the extras. No children are allowed in the pool due to liability, not even as an extra. No one under 18 is permitted. Chase all the squirrels and run till your hearts content! This safe, secure dog space features more than 1/3 acre and is shaded in all the right places. Large deck overlooking the entire yard with a beautiful wooded backdrop. 3 access gates provide easy in and out. Even take your dogs for a quiet walk thru the woods if you want! You can’t go wrong with this yard!

Fully fenced backyard at our house that is located in Coinjock. We are 4 miles from Morris Farms and 30 miles from Kitty Hawk. We have two dogs, but they will not be in the yard during reservations. Our yard is surrounded by a 6-foot-tall wooden fence. There’s a wood deck with seating and a fire pit for your enjoyment. Bottled water is available at no charge for humans and pups, in the mini fridge. Your welcome to bring your own beverages and snacks. Dog bowls, kiddy pool, and hose are in the yard for the pups.

Huge, fully fenced backyard with 2 access gates. 1 on either side of house, plentiful off street and street parking, with grassy, muddy, and mulched areas! Ample sunny spots and fully shaded areas, people seating, pup (and people) toys, water bowls, poop bags and trash can. Great space for safe recall training. Lots of hidden treasure sniff spots, room for full speed zoomies, some wildlife if you’re lucky, and tons of space to explore. Yard treated with pet/eco friendly lawn products ONLY, also treated for fleas/ticks/mosquitos regularly

Your playful pups will love the fully fenced backyard at my house that is centrally located at Milepost 6 in the Avalon Beach neighborhood of Kill Devil Hills! We are just one block away from the sound and the path that runs along Bay Drive. Our yard is surrounded on three sides by a 6-foot-tall wooden fence, and the fourth side is bordered by a 3.5-foot-tall wooden picket fence that faces the carport (for visibility to the carport and driveway). Bottled water is available at no charge for humans (and pups!) in a mini fridge in the carport, which you are also welcome to use to store your own beverages during your stay! Dog bowls, a mini trash can and doggie bags are also available in the backyard, as is a fire pit and seating you are more than welcome to enjoy!

Our backyard is about 1/4 acre fenced in with a gate that you can drive through in the event that you don’t want to leash up your dog to walk them into the backyard. We have a total of 3.5 acres with a path through the woods if you want a mini nature walk. The barn is accessible within the fenced area and we have a covered porch off the back of the house. There’s plenty of shade under the mature trees and chairs can be set out by request. The yard is treated 2x per year with non toxic, human and dog safe diatomaceous earth to deter fleas and ticks. Resident dog waste cleaned up regularly. Resident dogs up to date on all vaccinations. Ask me about pet sitting services!

Bring your furry friends for a little outside time. We have a decent sized fenced in back yard. There is a chair and umbrella for your comfort. The teal bowl will be filled with fresh drinking water for the dogs. I do have a small raised garden, as of now nothing is planted so don’t stress if your furry friends get curious. When I do plant stuff I plan to have a cover but accidents do happen, all I ask is that you try to avoid the garden. I have a quiet fenced-in yard on a corner lot just minutes from Town Center. As the parent of a dog that suffers from anxiety, I completely understand the need for controlled environments that allow your dog the chance to be their best self. I'm proud to provide a spot where your dog can run and play in a quiet and protected space far from any of their usual stressors. We also provide an enclosed sun room so the parents have their own space to relax while watching their animals enjoy themselves.
