This place has a pond to swim and fields to walk in or play fetch in. There is a fenced in area as well . A water hose for fresh water. Also, just so you’re aware I do board dogs out of this facility, but their doors will be closed at the time a sniffspot guest does their visit. and you could hear some barking. Otherwise enjoy! This is a 60 acre Bad River riverfront property that contains a campground booked through Hipcamp.com but I want to offer pup owners a spot where they can hike off-leash along the river to multiple waterfalls. If your pup is aggressive with other dogs or people please keep them leashed. Follow the signs to the campsite parking for “Bad River Point”, “Balsam Shores”, and “Cayuga Falls” campsites and beginning your hike from there. Follow the signs to waterfalls #1 and #2. If you follow all the signs to the waterfalls it will be about 1 mile of total hiking. Opportunity Woods offers 5+ acres of hilly woods and long grass meadow surrounded by a secure 6 foot fence. Several benches are placed along the rustic trails, but of course, there is no need to stay on a trail! A water bowl can be found and filled from the human-potable water hydrant, where you will also find a wading pool for dog and human use. There is a roofed picnic/shade shelter just up the hill from the hydrant. Take in the serene view of the surrounding area, and get a Birdseye view of Opportunity Farm, where sheep graze the nearby paddocks. Wire-wheel tables and chairs are available for relaxing, hanging out with your dog or having a picnic. Have your dog invite their friends to join in the fun, or have a private play date just with you! This year, a small building will be renovated for camping overnight with your dogs! Stay tuned!

I have a fenced yard. A nice woof pile my dogs live to run around. Balls for them to play with. Have to go thru garage to get to yard so I'll leave it open. Working on more pics out of town right now

Nearly an acre of space to roam. Flat and open. Located on an extremely quiet property with very little travel on the roadway. Please use area to the South of the driveway, ( or to the Right as you pull into the driveway ). Please do not harass or let dogs near the farm animals we own. Other than that, have a great time!
