Our dog park is just a short walk from downtown Muncie. It’s a fun place to play and relax for dogs and humans. Owners can also bring work and connect to WiFi while dogs play. There is a six foot privacy fence encircling the entire yard, so you and your dogs will have privacy even though you are in the middle of the city.

I work at a local shelter and i started this spot to help our shelter dogs have a place to go enjoy time with their humans who don’t have yards and/or can’t enjoy public dog parks. *dog beer only available with a minimum 10 hour notice of visit to prepare. Our air conditioned Indoor space is ready for fun. My backyard dog park is filled with water fun, toys, obstacles, and more fun than you’ll find anywhere else. -my neighbors do have dogs but there is a big distance and privacy fence in between my yard and there’s and it hasn’t seem to disturb my guests and their (reactive) dogs much at all yet. She often puts them away if they get too much. -full privacy fence -yard obstacles like tires, a kids bench, kiddie pools, tree hanging tug toy, and more for your dog to enjoy playing in, on and around. -covered sandbox. We have a half acre fenced in with a small "wooded" area and a small hill. We offer a deck with seating and misters for hot days! We also provide ice water, treats, waste bags, toys, and sanitizer. We have a screened in porch if you need a break from the sun or to charge your phone! We don't currently have dogs on either side of us so it is a pretty private setting for your pup. Enjoy a fully fenced (4 foot wire mesh livestock style fencing) run through mowed grass, NEW tall natural meadow (we are “rewilding” a portion of our yard to native plants), two short wooded trails and access to a large pond with dock. Dogs are welcome to swim—bring towels and be prepared for some mud if it’s been raining or you have a pond monster doggy. Woods have wonderful smells, my dogs sometimes find delightful things to roll in. A hose is available for use on warm days and there is a nearby Tractor Supply if your pup needs a spa treatment after their romp. We do have chickens on site and ask you not allow your dog to harass them as you enter and leave (chickens are in a separate fenced area and in a coop/run). My dogs will be in the house—some barking may happen on your arrival but they will not be loose. Wildlife may be encountered (deer, squirrels, crawfish, muskrats, many birds and snapping turtles). **Note: I didn’t want to claim the site as accessible as it is grass and some uneven ground, but feel free to reach out if you need an accommodation to access the spot and we can discuss what is possible** We welcome all. Water dish provided for your pup to have hydration and small pool that pups are able to enjoy a small dip. Please feel free to use hose in backyard but make sure to turn it off when done. Doggie poop will be nice and pumped up for your, I will leave towels as well that you are free to use! You are more than welcome to move things around as you need but if you take chairs off porch please put them back. There is a lock on the gate, code will be given prior to arrival There are a few toys out there and treats will be left please enjoy them! Have a wonderful time! Let me know if you need anything :) There are cameras on the property, we do not watch while you are out with your pups, please use the yard like you would your own.

Lovely fully fenced in back yard available for your pup to safely play and get those zoomies out! Lots of dogs and cats are in the neighborhood, including a large dog on the property. My dog will be kept indoors at all times.
