A friendly neighbor dog next door (Bandit) who will sometimes try to say hello or be lazy and judge from his patio depending on his mood. I am a dog sitter who is always in and out with dogs and know lots of people locally complain about having areas to take their dogs out so figured this could be a fun option to offer as well. I have a hose/bowls out back for water for the pups and when it's warmer a kiddie pool I put out to be used as well (currently put up due to temps), a trash can and pooper scooper/rake for easier collection and dumping or bags if you prefer. I also have 2-3 folding chairs for human relaxing and a handful of dog toys including a dog specific soccer ball with tabs for them to easily grab for some fun! You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property may need to come out or leave property, this is not a regular occurrence. I will communicate with you if the need arises. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day.
