55Wow! Such a great piece of land! My dogs LOVED the brook area. We actually were able to teach my little aussie to swim! The water and treats were much appreciated by my pups. We drove 1 1/2 hours to get here and would love to do it again!Ronny D.

55This place was great for my leash reactive dog! We could let her run and explore with no worries. Susan was very responsive and accommodating. The spot is clearly marked and there is sunscreen and bug spray available. We will be back! Jennifer F.

This is a beautiful property with easy parking, big fields, and long trails. I knew, before going, that there would be a lot of sticks and debris on the paths in the woods, but it really wasn’t that bad. The trail is marked well in both directions and there are little foot-bridges over the water.
Susan was a wonderful host and thoughtfully left out bug spray, fresh water, and dog treats. My pups had a great time and we’ll definitely be back soon!

Each visit exceeds my expectation! My pups now know heading north on the highway = fun! Susan is the best host. She let us know that new trail markers are in progress for a different area of her amazing property. Spotting them was like a treasure hunt! My dogs love running and exploring and it's been great to be able to work on recall out there. It's also been fun to watch my reactive gal just relax! We heard it before we saw it and gosh, it was great to see my pups stand still in awe as they watched it bound away deeper into the woods. 55Susan was very prompt with all communications even replying to my messages while I was out on the trail. Everything was clearly marked and very easy to follow. Our senior dog Manzo loved rolling in the grassy field and romping on the trails. We'll absolutely be back again!Louise D.

Susan's spot was absolutely my favorite!! There was so much space for our pup to roam and run off leash and everything was clearly marked. The river was awesome (our pup loves to just lay in the water)...lol. Everything was super clean and organized. You can tell Susan put a great deal of thought into her spot. This was helpful as my dogs thought the HUGE field was the spot to romp and play. A sign on a tree let us know we were headed in the right direction and the green spray paint dots here and there kept us from wandering off the trail.
